only old no plates r returned. i'm assuming this is d new no plate, d seller takes it, so u don't ve anything to return.

all u need is a change of ownership n plate replacement. I can handle dat if u wish!

NO!it was not in d agreement b4 purchase.

No agreement can transfer d no plate to u! he can take d risk of allowing u use it but any day he decides it has become risky, he has d right to take it back!

number plates r not to be sold wt vehicles, it is not transferable. once registered in ur name n wt ur info, it forever remains ur property!

should any crime or some sort is committed wt a vehicle having ur no plate on it, it will surely be traced back to u!

find a way to retrieve back ur number plate!

he's right, d plate has his name n info n therefore belongs to him. he shouldn't ve allowed u take it in d first place, perhaps he trusted u n gave u d time to get urs before taking it. so pls allow him to take it back, u ve no choice anyway!

change of ownership don't transfer number plate, only d ownership of d vehicle. u should also get plate replacement, so u can ve ur own plate, ur name n info on all d vehicle docs.

I have been driving since 2000,and have had DL in the past. but when I went for this current DL, the money I was charged was inclusive of the driving school registration & certificate. though, I did not have to attend the driving school or wait for 26days. I got my DL in less than one week. this is how we do it in Abuja.

I did on the expiration of the 3month period and it wasn't out then at Ikeja. My pal whom I registered before him had his out sometime last yr. So if you work with them I think it will be easier since am out of Eko.

U can only get ur permanent card from d center u captured. If u captured at my center, send me a snapshot of ur license n I will check if its ready for collection.

Bros..most times they don't notify you for collection.. Its better u send smone to d captured center fr proper verification..

I will send u a code to check if its out, den u can go back to collect it or extend d date if its not.
