GTB has blocked there cards on PayPal and eBay. Use Access Bank VISA Card on ebay and PayPal. Use GTB cards on Amazon

Turn off auto downloading of updates if you want to save your data. As said in earlier posts, you won't want to download an update for a game you don't play anymore. So, why waste time and MB downloading an update of over 14GB when you can prioritize your game update downloads to just the once that you play the most. Playing in parties with friends takes more than just playing without communication. But nothing as much as downloading game updates.

Etisalat is good for online gaming. I use it too. Better than MTN depending on where you are located.

It won't work well. You should have at least 512MB Dedicated Video Memory for FIFA 15 to work well

Intel Graphics is shiit. Maxxed at 64MB. Even Intel HD 4000 Graphics is shit, they aren't used for gaming and there is no way to increase an existing GPU, highest is to overclock it. Best to just buy a higher one, if it's for desktop
