what concern DHL and NDLEA on Monday this week a friend of mine send me a parcel from Luxembourg down to Nigeria which contain used iPhone 6 and 2 pair of earrings it weight 1kg & on Tuesday dhl called me that I have a parcel and I need to pay 26k for custom clearing and I did so,and jst yesterday 31/01/2018 they said I should tell the sender to send her proof of purchase of the items and data page of passport, Working permit and a short note to state the relationship with me.thinking DAT he won't be able to provide them but to their dismay he provided every single details they needed and even more,so I went further to track the parcel with the tracking code and I saw that the parcel is on hold I have been calling DHL customer care they pick up my calls at first i told them the issue & they didnt say anything thereafter they stop taking my call or pick up & dont say anything why I hear voice talking at the background as u read this message they no longer take my calls . what should I do now?
