I think you should choose Galaxy Note 2 because it has better Android OS, v4.1.1 (Jelly Bean), upgradeable to 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) while techno n7 has Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and other part Galaxy note 2 has good camera quality. It has 4G connectivity which techno n7 does not.

It is good to have tough competition among the top three brands. But I will always go with Samsung phone.
