Ovokoo: Pls, stop misguiding people. As much as content is very important, it's not the only important variable that should be considered when setting up a blog. You blog has to look presentable for people to remain there. It's funny you mentioned linda ikeji without realizing that since she started a long time ago and has made name for herself, she can get away with anything. Btw, 80% of Linda's content is copied just like other blogs, so there's absolutely nothing special about her content. Bella Naija has better content than her but that hasn't made any difference.
For a new blog, you have to put everything in place including, the blog design, content, SEO etc to be able to compete favourably. i am not saying design and looks does not matter i have gone through his blog and its ok for now so he should go for good contents and when the blog becomes successful he can get professionals to do the designs for him |

barnaby04: Hello House,
Please i need a professional help and assistance on a blog am currently building. It is a wordpress self-hosted site which is partially up now. The concept behind the site is to make it a completely news/events/celebrity blog fashioned after the likes of Linda Ikeji, Lailas blog and others but with a bias for real news coverage in another area other than gossips that litters the enter cyberspace.
My problem now is, have not been able to get the right theme to use for the blog because most of the ones have tested always have one issue or the other which has really slowed down my target on the blog.
I will be very grateful for any advice professionals in the house would give as regards the best theme to use for a news/events/celebrity oriented blog.
Thanks.
N.B
I will be very grateful if you guys can assist by recommending various pluggins that needed to be installed to run a news oriented blog too as well. bro stop wasting your time on looks and design of your blog focus on putting good contents on the blog and the and start sharing it Linda's blog is one of the ugliest blog but she gets good traffic because of her exclusive contents readers of your blog cares for good contents than the designs and looks of your blog start creating good contents and promoting it now when you become successful you get professionals to help you redesign the blog later |

mfm04622: The money they use to get to Dubai and other places would have set up a small business in Nigeria! that's true if you have a business mindset some people all their life is to work for people they can spend millions just to get a job |
Travel › Re: "There Are No Jobs In Dubai, Nigerians Don't Be Deceived" (Photos/video) by pauljumbo(m): 12:16pm On May 16, 2017 |
bro count yourself lucky to have this mindset it's not easy for people to change beliefs of over 20 years we have been brainwashed that going to school and get good grade we will get good jobs and settle and make it in life. once you have this mind that you must be employed it's very difficult to do business RichYoungNigga:
I will never ever work for anyone in my life
There are millions of self employment and businesses in Nigeria
The question is how smart are you to find them
I know people who are millionaires, what business do they do ?? Selling handkerchiefs, bicycle tyres, traveling bags, sunglasses and those little items
They started with buying 39 pieces to buying 5 cartoons and then importing them from China
Ask yourself, all these wealthy small boys, what do they do, they sell goods at Nkwo Nnewi, Onitsha main market, Alaba market, yet they're worth millions of naira |

Politics › Ghana Vice Presidents Bawumia Begs Nigerians To Create Jobs For Ghanaian Youth by pauljumbo(op): 12:02pm On May 16, 2017 |
Vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is seeking to strengthen ties between Ghana and Nigeria and he did just that by meeting a powerful delegation of top Nigerian businessmen and women at the Flagstaff house.
The purpose of the visit was to explore the business and investment opportunities of both countries so as to increase free-border trade.
Nigeria has always remained a main partner in Ghana’s West African growth mainly due to the economic and cultural ties of both countries.
Top on the agenda was the reformation of the port system in Ghana “that would make it the leading ones in West Africa”.
“We tried very hard to get Nigerian banks to Ghana and it has really benefited Ghana a lot. We don’t have a fear of opening up. We can learn a lot from each other,” Bawumia revealed.
Earlier, the former president, John Mahama encouraged the Nigerian government to stay resolved in becoming the economic power of West Africa.
Speaking at an inaugural address to commemorate the formation of the Olusegun Obasanjo Good Governance and Development Research Centre in Abuja, Mahama argued that Nigeria has “nothing to fear from Ghana or Cote d'Ivoire in an integrated sub-region”.
Ghana’s ties with Nigeria are documented to have strengthened especially during the reign of John Mahama.
But the Ghana-Nigeria ties still remains somewhat distraught considering the issue of the influx of Ghana’s retail market mostly by Nigerians.
But the tie between both nations still remains strong considering that both states are English speaking nations and also share similar economic values. why some Ghanaian is insulting Nigerians that we don't have president their vice president is begging Nigerians to create jobs for their youth lalasticlala mynd44 sarki

Nairaland post of the year so true Billyonaire: Thanks for betraying your emotion. The joblessness is not the problem, the real problem is your attitude towards the joblessness. Truth is, your new job, is to find a job. So, you can change your attitude and drop that certificate and be wise. Security job is not really a job. Find something to do with your hands and ask the Universe to bless the work of your hand. Those countries you want to travel to, where built by hands of others and I am sure they are not super excited to see foreigners coming to pillage on the opportunities they created. Become a farmer and replicate nature. This is another ancient wisdom. |
