I'm sorry you're going through this. Vomiting immediately after eating for over two years, especially with force, accompanied by hiccups and weight loss, is not normal and is unlikely to be caused by "worm" alone.

The fact that it happens soon after you start eating, is triggered by drinking water, and then you can eat normally after vomiting suggests there may be a problem with your food pipe (esophagus) or the opening into your stomach. Conditions such as an esophageal blockage, narrowing (stricture), achalasia, severe acid reflux, or other stomach disorders can cause symptoms like these. Only proper medical evaluation can determine the exact cause.

Please go to a hospital today and ask to see a gastroenterologist or a general physician. They may recommend tests such as an upper GI endoscopy, a barium swallow (X-ray), or other investigations to find the cause.

Because you've lost weight and this has been going on for over two years, don't delay seeking medical care. In the meantime, eat small, soft meals, chew your food well, and avoid forcing yourself to eat if you're about to vomit. Stay hydrated by taking small sips between meals if you can tolerate them.

I hope you get evaluated soon. With the right diagnosis, many conditions that cause these symptoms can be treated effectively.
