Revisit our 2024 prophesies. Everything said then have been on track.

Even the current development with the Dangote companies was predicted. Why then are folks gnashing their teeth as if they were not warned.

In due time, Oando will deliver ensuring 100% fulfillment of the prophesies! No shaking!

Electricity subsidy removal is in phases, that's why we have band A to e and bandit
iHaveMadeiT2:

Both of you are saying the same thing but from different perspective.

Buhari created serious mess but held all the economic indicators of the mess down artificially and unsustainably.

Tinubu came and removed the veil so Nigerians could feel the impact of the mess Buhari created.

However, Tinubu is not free of blame because, first he supported Buhari and second, he should have adopted a gradualist approach in removing the veil, rather the totalist approach he has adopted so far. E.g why not phase out fuel subsidy removal, instead of removing 💯 at once? Same mistake is being repeated with electricity subsidy.

Someone did an analysis on the stock here. and that's why I am still holding it
He made a point that by his assessment ₦3 to ₦4 may be added to the offer due to asset sales.
And In Gsk report it was stated that whatever shareholders were entitled to will also be paid apart from the exit price
Pifebhor:

I am confused myself, Is it possible to still sell or buy this GSK after the concluded Court meeting.?

I am asking becos I have some reasonable units of this Stock.

Do you advice I sell for a value higher than 17.42 or I wait ?

That is why in my write up I said realistically for me its N15. However, I am not even seeing the kind of noise I expect from shareholders associations, like news articles on local and international press. Drag Wale by the balls and how he ripped off Nigerian shareholders after the acquistion of Conocophillps and now things are about getting better, you want to delist the company.

Drag Wale round the international Business media and see if his unlce will not call him to order. Waiting for the courts is defeat!!![/quote]

The SEC Rules stipulates the price cannot be lower than the highest price traded on the NGX over a period of 6 months prior to the AGM.
I am sure the N7.07 proposed by Oando will be rejected totally.
I want to load Oando based on this very information. If this information is correct the worst case Na N16.
Or any abadakabra fit happen?

The case in court was initiated by some people who have specific names and addresses; that case must be withdrawn by the same people. It does not matter if there are other minority shareholders like you and I.

Someone said on this platform that you haven't lost money until you sell your shares at a loss n almost became a laughing stock because of reference to Oando.
God bless the person.
In no time he or she has been proven right
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Payunsin: 12:33pm On Oct 04, 2023
The 14 minority shareholders that went to court has already sold their shares during the last rally. No case to answer again.
Shareholders left are like me who is gambling on the long term prospects of Oando.
I see N25 in near term
