As one drives into the hallowed grounds of Bells University of Technology, one cant help but appreciate the on-going reconstruction/re-modelling work going on as we a vivid reminder that the convocation ceremony is around the corner, its all a very time for the school in general, but one very noticeable fact is the decline in the number of students going to and from class, one can only help but wonder what can be the cause of this perceived deficiency. On interaction with one of the students who only agreed to lend an interview on grounds of anonymity disclosed the reason for the reduced number of students going about their classes was because of the new law being implemented by the school authority which makes a complete ridicule of the existing system.

We were taken round by the student who talked about the registration fiasco being implemented, when asked why it was taken so seriously by the students we were told the school would bill whoever did not adhere to the new policy.
