Number 11 - the appointment of Tony kabaka as a consultant
2 and 3 was started by the last administration...
9 - we still have the market union
12 - is not true
16 - the last administration built quite a lot of health center
You know these are not so true, he might have done a few but the whole write up is misleading.

The state of the country right now does not allow for trials and errors because its going to cause a lot of damage to the poor persons in the state.
