I suffered from nTel, even tho its their network i'm currently connected with,
I called them over 12 times at intervals from 11am to 4pm no response.
I just did one thing I yabbed them on twitter with over 20 mails and finally got response.

Did i forget to add, calling them with another provider ain't toll free!!1
