Marriage is not poverty aliviation program. What of people without marriage but with children. Children are gift from God and not everyone will have them. This is what surprises me, I know some rich families without children and they are in their 70s and I know many poor people with many children from poor parent. Policing in Nigeria is something . Our Police commission needs to sensitize the nation on rights of individual when being arrested.

Excessive use of force is common in Nigeria by our law enforcement agencies.

De-escalation methods and verbal judo needs to be practiced by our law enforcement officers.

Every police on the street would command respect when they uphold standards of conducts of policing.

When you say don't fight Police when you are being arrested means nothing because criminality has levels.

What court needs is evidence, you should have insisted that the matter should be charged to court.
If your debtor fails to show up in court, he/ she may be given a bench warrant. That means arrest and he or she may be there until judgement is devered because court will see him/her as a flight risk.
After the arrest, a huge bond can be placed on him/her, if the conditions are not met, he/ she will remain in prison until judgment is passed.
