No body has been shortlisted. Union bank only officially announced the Management Trainee Program this week. So relax. No need to worry

Should likely be, they only conduct tests (online and physical) which are the preliminary stages before the AC to be conducted by the bank's resource people.

However, it is subject to changes but as of now, it is good to prepare with pushcv materials since they have been the one in charge for previous years.
