I have since believed that Badagry has more potentials than Mowe-Ofada axis. I bought a land at Badagry 5years back and when i visited the site last week i was surprise to see how fully developed the area is - Value has gone up and people are not only buying but are also building -

I see that Mowe-Ofada axis is purely for speculative buyers while badagry is for those who want to build and move in immediately - Although I have a plot at Golden Heritage - I do not intend to build there now.
