IF I SHOULD GO BY WHAT U SAID, YOU BOUGHT THE TIPPERS AROUND FEBRUARY THIS YEAR, GOING OR DURING RAINING SEASON WHICH I KNOW IS A WRONG/BAD SEASON FOR TIPPER BIZ,YOU KNOW WHY? ALL THE BORROW PITS IN AJAH, THAT I KNOW ARE ALL HAVING BAD ROAD DURING THE RAINING SEASON BUT DUE TO FINANCIAL COMMITMENT TO THE OWNER SOME MANAGER FIND IT DIFFICULT TO APPLY THE NORMAL RULES OF THE BIZ TO PREVENT THIS YOUR COMPLAIN OF AFTER THREE MONTHS OF NO OR VERY LOW INCOME WHICH THEY SUPPOSE HAVE EXPLAIN TO YOU. IT WAS DUE TO OVER USED OR USED IN WRONG BORROW PITS IN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS THAT THEY WERE DOING FINE NOT KNOWING THAT IT WILL CALL FOR THE MONEY BACK. THERE ARE MUCH MORE INTO ANY TRUCK BIZ THAN MAKING MUCH MONEY AT THE BEGINNING WHICH IS THE AREA I WILL LIKE MANY PPL TO CONCENTRATE ON THAN INITIAL STAGE OF THE BIZ. ALL THIS IS ALL ABOUT EXPERIENCES THAT MATTER ABOUT THE BIZ.
ASK THE SO CALLED MANAGER THE PROBLEM(IS IT THAT THE MECHANIC DOES KNOW WHAT HIS DOING? OR THEY ARE USING WRONG PARTS?) DRIVER CAN ALSO BE PART OF THE PROBLEM UNKNOWINGLY, U KNOW WHY IF YOU GIVE BAD DRIVER A GOOD TRUCK, HE WILL USE IT SUCCESSFULLY FOR THE FIRST THREE TO FOUR MONTHS BEFORE FACING THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS BAD DRIVING.

i dumped the idea of making money from oil and gas after flying to Pretoria and bring two American buyers to join me - the so-called Nigerian buyers at the end are not only fake but fraudster.

Please do your own dye diligence before spending your hard earned income to pursue oil deal.

The developmental plan (intermodal transport service) from Lagos State government includes a ferry service from Badagry and a beautiful Car park to enable people park their cars at the Jetty and Board to the Island and pick up ther car upon arrival.

Pictures can be made avialable but dont know why I and some others in this forum find it hard to upload to Nairaland (Could be our slow internet connection or other factors). But we are able to email directly to interested prospect that provide their email address.

As to price, Bryan Tracy advised me that "product that cannot be sold standing should not be discussed standing". If you are serious and want to discuss price you may come to our office/warehouse or advise your relative/friend to visit and see things on ground and talk price.

As to information in our website, Our business is security technology and its reflected in our website. However, from time to time we import some other products that is related to what our subsidiary does - Property development - that is why sometime you also see us sell lands and building.

I believe that those in the rat race will soon have a repreive once the 10-lane carriageway between Orile and Okoko, and light-rail between Okoko and Lagos Island is done - Already serious work have begun.

Not to forget as well is the fact that Ferry takes just about 30-45 minutes from Badagry to CMS.

Though I'm not in the rat race, I'm praying for those in the rat race to visit Kiyosaki for advise on how to get a way out.
