A student at the University of Hartford in Connecticut was charged with criminal mischief and expelled from school after boasting about having contaminated her roommate’s toothbrush, face lotion and other belongings in an effort to drive her from the room. NYC Times reports.

The university announced that she was no longer a student there. “As of this morning, Brianna Brochu is no longer a student at the University of Hartford,” said the school’s president, Gregory S. Woodward. “She will not be returning to the institution.”

The Queen of the Netherlands, Queen Maxima, who has been in Nigeria for days now, was received yesterday by the vice president, Yemi Osibanjo in Abuja.

The VP’s official Twitter handle shared the photos from their discussion and captioned;

"Discussed Financial inclusion and more when I received Queen Maxima of the Netherlands yesterday."

The mother-of-three, days ago, visited the Governor of Lagos, Ambode, before visiting the Subol hospital in order to learn more about access to health insurance available to locals from platform PharmAccess.

A TV host has been slammed after he snipped his female co-presenter’s dress with scissors during a live afternoon broadcast.

Juan y Medio was presenting Spanish show ‘Afternoon Here And Now’ with Eva Ruiz when he decided to start cutting at her clothes.

Medio said the scissor trick was revenge for Ruiz cutting up his trousers as part of a previous prank when he refused to dance on air.

But Medio was not wearing the trousers Ruiz cut – she had got a spare pair from his dressing room.

In the recording Medio said: “What’s up, is she the only one that can cut?”

He then produced the scissors and snipped away at Ruiz’s black dress.

Ruiz appeared to giggle and protest as she tried to cover her modesty, aided by a woman who came on set.

Politician Teresa Rodriguez said she was outraged by the stunt when she shared it on social media.

She wrote: “What if our children find this on the public television channel in Andalusia? Would they think it is funny to do it to other girls?”
