Hi guys. Pls I need ur answers .

I applied for a visit visa to go n see my fiancé and got a refusal letter this March .
We are planning to have our trad this June and we thought it’s best for me to apply for a study visa for this September so I can come over , since our white wedding would be coming up sometime in dec.
Pls is it too early or risky to apply for the study visa since I just got a refusal this March ?
If we are able to do our court marriage ASAP.
Will applying for a spousal visa be a safer option ?
PLS I NEED ANSWERS ��

Hello house , pls I would like answers to this questions.
I got a message for my Uk refusal and the letter was also attached but when I tracked the process , it was still at dmc office and hasn’t even gone back to the Vac office .
Is that possible pls ?
