Vicjustice: No visa application centre is better for reason of the location, every application is treated in its own merit, and the treatments are according to the rules and regulations setting the requirement standards for visa application. The decision making has absolutely nothing to do with the location of the embassy, it just depends on the individuals that are in charge of each case. Once again, i like to strongly discourage you from paying any syndicate called "agents" with every emphasis at my command as i describe them as useless, meaningless, fruitless, needless, profitless, valueless, helpless, worthless, futile, inutile, ineffectual, vain, unavailing... plus any other word with similar meaning thank you very much I'm grateful , we'll apply again by February for easter holiday, once again I appreciate it |

Vicjustice: Please, beware of "agents", these are people who brain-wash visa seekers to think that a visa application can only be successful with the help of an influential insider, or a paid professional mediator: but on the contrary, they are good-for-nothing syndicates who are the number one cause of getting people banned. Example of such is your "agent" who suggested that your daughter's visa was refused because her contact is a US citizen: it is clear from this that he could have suggested her to lie in this regard whereas, being a US citizen has absolutely no negative effect to the application. Regarding future application, I strongly recommend that you do Google search about the state that you want to visit, be familiar with the areas of interest and the airport of arival. Read the opening article of thread comprehensively, and if you have further questions or concerns, ask here. thank you very much,I am very happy over your response, when we came back an agent told my husband that he will help us if we can give him 1.7M for the three of us but my daughter suggested we ask naira land. We are planing to appear again by Feb, do we go to Abuja or Lagos because I was told that abuja is better? |

Vicjustice: Somehow, I suspect that the reasons for the refusals are related to the lack of geographical knowledge of American states locations and your declaration of your places of interest and activities as compared to your intended port of arrival and accommodation details. The USA is way bigger than the whole of West Africa, and though, Miami is in same west coast with New-york, but the distance from New-york to Miami is further than the distance from Lagos to Abidjan in the Ivory-Coast. Miami can not just be a reason, you didn't state the obvious reasons for previous and current refusals. Please, provide details and I'll be happy to guide you through on how to make it successful... depending on whether you fulfil the requirements. Initially my daughter applied to Miami to meet her father's friend on a visiting visa , the woman is a citizen , an agent said its because the woman over there is a citizen that's why she was denied and also because she's young and inexperienced with no job, this time I'm thinking the woman thinks we want to go to Miami because of the woman because she said 'why Miami ' when we got to the embassy the officer asked why I'm leaving my husband and my other family and taking just my two babies I told her because others are married and my husband is at the port because he works with an oil company , that's all I said I don't know where I made mistake I don't know maybe its because she asked for places in Miami and we didn't really give her a good answer , thank you |
