For the record, when I was still rating 1300+ on Lichess, I checkmated a Chess Geek who rated 2000+ at the 22nd Move... Guess what? My King was on E1 all through... on the other hand, he castled so fast, so I had the edge to launch the g-pawn-bait trick which he fell for... tho he declined my bishop-bait trap... Castling might be WEAK as you've noted, however, staying on the E-file too long might be more detrimental...

1300 Elo could be a 2000 who just registered and hasn't had elo determined yet. Or 2000 elo might have been being complacent playing an assumed 1300.

It can't and therefore FG has to maintain salary level while inflation takes effect.

If salaries remain constant during inflation, then earners would be At the loosing end 'cos their financial rewards won't have much value... in short, the purchasing power of salaries would decline if there's no increment during inflation... think about this...

I notice something in Nigeria, we have a bad reward system for services rendered by the 3 cadres of labour... a good reward system should be dynamic, salaries should increase with respect to inflation...

If you work for the onion producing outfit where you can be certain company earning has gone up pro rata the price of onion, then fine.
If you work in a school where the fees, and by extension, the revenue, is still the same, then you are asking for a sack letter and not increment.

It is more sensible of the squeezed worker to start onion farming on the side to augment his 50k salary.

Your salary is not a function of your expenses. The dynamics of every outfit are different.
