Jobs/VacanciesRe: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by peerodemba: 5:22pm On Apr 08
Abduleeda1:
Hey guys,

I’ve been staring at the email to be sure it’s for me, cause I really can’t believe it (seeing that I was skeptical about my performance) and since I got it I’ve been praying that they don’t send another email asking me to ignore the success mail.😂

Anyway, I want to talk about how the test (2nd level assessment) went for me.

I started with the JFA as usual and I based my answers on the core values of NLNG which forms an acronym known as SITREC - Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Excellence, and Caring.

I ensured that all the options I chose were part of the core values, however, I also ensured that safety was always my priority even though other options may demonstrate other core values, don’t know if that did any good but that’s just what I did.

For the numerical, I remember I confidently solved just three (all pie charts) accurately, and then I started having issues with a question about ranking which person made the highest sales ratio (I obviously bleeped it after wasting so much time thinking of what to do), the next question was about plotting a graph for the highest percentage increase across a couple of years, I did mental maths to plot the graph (which I wasn’t so sure of the accuracy), after that I got another pie chart question, but I had less than 2 minutes remaining and it was the 6th question, so I quickly solved that (not sure I did it accurately though) and then within the remaining seconds I just scrambled through question 7, by the time question 8 was displaying, my time was up, so I literally didn’t answer questions 8,9&10, with questions 4,5,6&7 being uncertain, and whenever I remembered that marks would be deducted for unanswered questions I just lose hope entirely.

I’d say I answered only 3 correctly, cause the other two (questions 5&6) I did with my head were based on vibes and Insha Allah.

For the inductive reasoning, that’s literally my forte (although I used to be better with numerical) but I was putting my hope on the inductive reasoning section. Luckily for me out of the 15 questions I was confident about 14 being correct, the other one I skipped it cause I didn’t want to waste time since I was just starting the section and wouldn’t want a repeat of the numerical experience.

So yeah, that’s literally how I did, if you ask me, I’d say it’s Allah that brought me this far cause I see lots of intelligent folks here who deserved this, nevertheless, I believe what will be will be, for everyone.
Congratulations bro

Please can you share that MAP document with me aswell
