I hope that you know that the phone you will be purchasing from that website will come locked to AT&T so please take that into consideration. You will have to find someone either here in U.S. or in Nigeria to unlock this phone and for it being such a new device, I would highly warn against getting someone either than a registered RIM agent to unlock this phone.

Also have you even confirmed that this phone is not a fake and that this company is even a legitimate company?
