Pharmacy students don't have space for electives in their first semester part 1, they have enough workload which consumes the maximum 24units, the breakdown for your courses;

CHM 101--4 units
PHY 105--4 Units
MTH 105--4 Units
ZOO101--4 units
BOT 101--4 Units
ZOO103--1 Unit
BOT 103--1 Unit
CHM 103--1Unit
PHY 107---1 unit

TOTAL 24Units.

But you'd have enough space for electives in your second semester.

I don't if i've been able to answer your question. I've sent the thread link to a friend in pharmacy, he should come in soon to tell more about the faculty.

Maximum units course in a semester is 24unit (though some transfer students get exception to register beyond 24units due to their workload), yes! you must complete a 12units special elective before graduating but on a good day, if you serious with it,it could be completed latest by your 1st semester part 2(that was when I completed mine),after registering you normal courses in your first semester part 1 which is just 16units,you'd still have space to register like 3 special electives and each of the electives is 2units, so you can fulfill 6units of the required 12unit by first semester part 1.

The breakdown of your next semester course unit;

MTH101--5 Units
CHM101--4 Units
PHY101--4 Units
TPD101--1 Unit
CHM103--1 Unit
PHY107--1 unit

Total of 16units.

When registering for your courses, make sure you exhaust the max 24units, you'll see the benefit in part2 as you'll have less headache on special electives.

lol, no need to scan anything..confirm ur payment from your account...Once you can view that 'Request for a bedspace',its a sign ur payment is confirmed.

scanning barcode aint necessary...its just another way to confirm your payment.. If you've confirmed you payment from the eportal(Profile Menu>Payment activities),the you can proceed with other things.

yeah,download and print them.. fill them using pen..you'll submit them @ the school's Health centre.

You are not to print out d biodata..the biodata form is meant to be filled and submitted online ..the document aint printable and if u try to print it, you'll have to copy it to microsoft word.. Documents u need to print are Under Download.(Profile Menu>Online screening>download)..the Documents are OAU road Map, Health questionnaire form(9 pages), Entrance Medical examination form(4 pages) e.t.c.

This is the General problem almost everyone is facing. On your profile Menu>Online screening>load certificate form. You see a Response saying ''Access denied. Confirmation of your payment is yet to be received from the bank for acceptance of #20,000.If you have paid, it is yet to be confirmed by Bank''. Meanwhile payment has already bin confirmed from d payment status.

According to what a stalite told me, you can secure a bedspace tomorrow and even pay nextweek.. The main thing is securing a bedspace,once u secure a bedspace,you can pay anytime for it..d bedspace is already yours. But you must have paid acceptance and schl fees before you are qualified to secure a bedspace. I stand to be corrected tho'

btw payin at bnk nd payin thru atm, wic one is advisable coz oau portal direct us to pay thru remita banks.

'Candidates are required to log on to University eportal using your Matric/UTME number to choose the Type of payment(Acceptance,Main charges,Accomodation...)and indicate Mode of Payment(Bank Branch / Transfer / Master card i.e ATM) in order to link your payment to REMITA. If you select Bank Branch, download RRR(Remita Retrieval Reference) and use it to pay by cash in any BANK OF YOUR CHOICE that accepts cash payment to REMITA. If you choose either TRANSFER or MASTER CARD,supply additional information to effect the payment.

The receipt from bank and the receipt on the mail are the same. If you've collected d one frm bank,its like having duplicate printing d one online.
