We need to understand that not all 'talented players' would play for barca,some have gone and more would go.Every player wants playing time,we'd send some on loan(tello,montoya,adama,halilovic),attach buy-back clauses to some(delofeu,denis suarez)and outrightly sell some(bellerin,grimaldo),Besides i dont think this set of lamasia cant be compared with their predecessors,at all.

What are you saying? Who is talking about Dongou? We are talking about Grimaldo here. Remind me the time Lucho invited him to the first team. Or doesn't he do such with B players? Camara, Samper, Gumbau, Aitor, Kaptoum et al. Now tell me what went wrong with Grimaldo that he didn't invite him. Even if he did that should be once, last season.

Of course not everyone will become first team players. But does that mean we should allow our best players to leave just like that?

Imagine selling Deulofeu , loaning/selling Denis amongst others, and yet leaving behind Munir and Sandro. Tell me frankly that you wouldn't wish to swap Deulofeu with any of Munir/Sandro. This is what we are talking about. Selling the best among the rest and leaving chaffs behind.
