She/he sent me id documents, an old italian visto, a passport, but she don’t wanna talk with me at the phone, neither with a videocall, and the travel agency she told me About “amicable travels” seems to do not exists.
She gave me her address too, but how can i verificate it from italy?
Another thing is why to transfer money to an employer of a travel agency to have a visto? Is it normal in Lagos?

Hello everybody.
I need your help.
I’m an italian guy, i met a girl on internet, and she told me she lives in Lagos.
We had a lot of conversations, but i start having some doubts about her since she asked me 950€ in a westen union money transfer to pay the Travel and the passport to come her in italy.
When i ask her to call me me by phone she told me she doesn’t have a phone, and she told me there are no internet cafè in lagos with a webcam.
Is it true?
She ask me to give the money to a guy who works in a travel agency called “Amicable Travels”, but there isn’t any website or facebook page about that.
Is she/he definitly scamming me?
