Hey guys,

I just checked my application online and I discovered that review of medical results status has changed to "we did not receive your medical results.check below for instructions".
When I received the mail to go for medicals a month ago,I sent an email to accra immigration that I had done my medicals upfront.the mail was acknowledged and they said the document has been added to my file.I don't know why I'm seeing this new status

Gurus please advice..what can I do?

Please go on ahead and pay for the redocummentation. The form CIC sent is specifically for you. The Hospital will input the number in the form to your medical results and forward to CIC. Your application would be updated in a few days.

It’s actually better than to keep reminding them you had upfront medicals, I’m sure they’re quite aware of that. Make it easier for them to treat your file, it’s for your benefit.

However, it’s also your choice if you want to keep mailing and sending reminders. Time is of essence.

Hello akmog, what's this letter of introduction about? I didn't get any. I only got a mail from the Embassy asking me to check my cic account for the message they sent. That was how I found the approval message . Are we expected to get a letter from them other than the visa? What is the importance of this letter? Must we travel with it?

Hi Nogen and Akmog, the answer to your question is Yes. There’s a letter that accompanies the TRV you’re issued. That’s what’s required at the POE for the issuance of your Study Permit and yes, you must travel with it, it’s mandatory.
