This is to inform all candidates offered provisional admission into institution of their choice that the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has Open the portal for Printing Of Admission Letter 2017/2018 academic session. All candidates are to follow the procedures below to print their admission letter. How To Print JAMB 2017 UTME/Direct Entry Admission Letter 1. Visit JAMB portal at http:// www.jamb.org.ng/efacility/ . 2. Login with your ‘Email Address’ and ‘Password’. 3. Click on the “Admission Letter” tab. 4. You will be required to make a payment of N1,000 with your ATM Card for the service. 5. After successful payment, you will be able to access your admission letter and print it out in coloured. NOTE: You MUST pay with your JAMB account created on this platform. Paying via another account will render your required service tied to the paying account |

I think these admission stuff on caps is been done in faculties alphabetically.. Administration, agriculture, art, education, engineering, environmental design, law, medicine, pharmaceutical science, social science, vetinary medicine So the are on pharmaceutical science now.. That's my thoughts though cos even mine is showing admission in progress and am in social science faculty so am hoping we are next |

ADMISSION CLEARANCE PROCEDURE . Before you proceed, check your admission status first by clicking here. Candidates are requested to bring the underlisted documents for the clearance. exercise: 1. Biodata and Acceptance Fee Forms to be filled online and downloaded from the University of Ibadan Admissions webpage 2. Institution and candidate’s copies of the Admission Letter (To be printed from jamb website) 3. Original and 2 photocopies of the UTME Result Slip. 4. Original and 2 photocopies of the credentials uploaded for the screening exercise – SSCE/GCE/CAMBRIDGE O/LEVEL. Presentation of credentials different from what was uploaded will lead to automatic disqualification. 5. Four (4) recent passport size photographs 6. Original and 2 photocopies of Birth Certificate and Immunization Card. Certificates issued by private hospitals and religious institutions are not acceptable. 7. Two letters of reference from two reputable persons on Letter-Head Papers 8. Original copy of payment receipt for N35,000.00 Acceptance Fee. This is to invite all UTME and DE candidates short listed for admission into Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi to the physical screening exercise scheduled to take place from the Thursday, 23rd – 29th November, 2017. A comprehensive list of short listed candidates has been made available on the University website via http://www.atbu.edu.ng/#/ug/checkadmissionlist *Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the space provided *Click on "Search" to check if your name is on the list. Alternatively you can search for your name using other search options on the page. Candidates are expected to come along with Original copies of their credentials, online screening slips, downloaded O’ level results from the internet at not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB and Grade II) or original certificates, indigene letters as well as NCE/N.D/IJMB results for DE candidates and report to the Deans of their respective Faculties. NOTE: Any candidate who fails to appear for the physical screening on the date stipulated above will not be considered for admission. Candidate are advised to avoid paying money or any form of gratification whatsoever to individual or group for the purpose of the screening or securing admissions, please. 2017/2018 SCREENING GUIDELINES FOR THE UNIVERSITY AND ITS AFFILIATED INSTITUTIONS The following guidelines are to be strictly adhered to for UTME Admissions: 1. Candidates admitted must have at least 5 O/Level Credits including English, Mathematics and three relevant subjects (Refer to Departmental requirements). 2. The O/Level result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB and GRADE II) for UTME candidates to be considered for admissions must not exceed five years (i.e. 2012 – 2017). 3. Only on-line O’Level computer printed results shall be considered for screening which would be authenticated on the examination body website. 4. Minimum cut-off points for admission of UTME candidates is 180; therefore only candidates with 180 and above points will be considered. 5. A maximum of two sittings is allowed in case of O/Level requirements. 6. Further Mathematics should not replace General Mathematics. 7. Literature in English should also not replace English. Direct Entry Candidates : 1. PRE-Diploma and Pre-NCE results are not acceptable in place of O/Level credits. 2. DE candidates with pass in NCE who have taught for a period of five years could be considered for Degree programme under Faculty of Technology Education. 3. Candidates with Lower credits and above in National Diploma and NCE from recognized polytechnics and Colleges of Education can be accepted for the purpose of DE admissions. 4. All IJMB candidates must satisfy the 5 O/Level credits in addition to obtaining 9 points and at least 6 points from ATBU IJMB programme. 5. IJMB points are counted on the basis of letter grade as follows: A = 5, B = 4, C = 3, D = 2 and E = 1 plus 1 point bonus for passing the 3 subjects. 6. Candidates with awaiting results will not be considered for admission as well as screening. General Rule 1.
