Please fellow nairalanders, I've been battling with the issue of snoring lately, maybe due to extreme tiredness or genetics, I don't know! I'm with a moderate body, very athletic and somehow muscular.
My girlfriend is very understanding and I've always told her to please hit me up when I suddenly starts snoring so as to adjust my sleeping position.

Hello nairalanders, please advice me on an issue that is degenerating into a psychological trauma causing a distress to me!
