There is Hope!

Nothing is too big for God to do and no time is too short for God to bless. God can do anything at anytime in anyway. If this is the position, then just love God and let Him lead you. He knows your future and will never fail you. Don’t do it your way, do it God’s way.

Trust in God, Have faith in God, Hope in God and let Him be your Hope just like Jeremiah 17:7-8 reads.

Worship God as well and make His name glorious in your life and around you. God bless you as you life for him.

God will continue to uphold you on your Journey of Hope. Jeremiah 17:7/8 reads and encourages God to be your Hope and trust in Him. The scripture did read the blessing on those who trust in God and makes God their Hope. Don’t just have Hope in God but make God your Hope.

As you make God your Hope. I mean the entirety of your Hope, God will settle you and position you. The preaching at Winners Chapel today as the Covenant day of settlement is centred around how we need to live in the light of God to eliminate every darkness in our lives. God is light, let us live in Him so that every form of darkness around us can be dispelled by life in the light of God.

If you need to to give your life to Christ so as to benefit from the life of light in God, please do so by dedicating your life to Him. You can attend the Wednesday or Sunday service at Winners Chapel and give your life to Christ when the altar call is made. Start a brand new life of light and blessedness in God. Where there is light, darkness vanishes.

Focus Focus Focus! This is very important on your journey of hope. We are almost at the end of the first quarter of this year, a lot of events and activities would have happened. In all the events and activities, please let your focus "stay" on your calling, your objectives and on your goals that you plan to achieve this year working towards your goals.

Let your mind be stayed on God and on your plans towards your goals. Between your goal planning and the implementation, understand that a lot will happen. Don't let those "happenings" sway you off-course. Do not let any event or person/ people separate you from the love of God and the purpose of God for your life. God will come through for you in Jesus name.

Remember to plug in and engage with Winners Chapel/ Living faith bible Church on Sundays. Find the nearest one to you or attend the Faith Tabernacle at Ota. Please if you have not given your life to Jesus, please do so. Jesus loves you and wants the best for you. Jesus has made provisions for you in God.

Know God by giving your life to Him. He loves you and will take care of you if you cast your burden on him. Let Him be with you on this journey of Hope. He knows your destination of success. Please when the altar call is made and you want to give your life to Him, just do it and start a new life in Christ, a life of greatness and closeness to God.

Abraham did it and it was inputted unto him as righteousness. When God gave David instructions, he went for it, same goes for Joshua etc . They try things out by boldly stepping in the direction of God.

One thing is certain, God will remember you and answer your prayers. In His time, He makes all things beautiful. You own part of the equation is to continue to do good. He sees it all and will reward you accordingly. Don’t wait till you become very wealthy to bless people financially as an example. Meet people at the point of their needs and be a blessing.

The God who sees all your goodness and labour of love will reward and decorate you in Jesus name.

Have faith and build up your Hope. You will be rewarded by God. He never fails. Give your life to Him and let Him guide you to a place of excellence.

If you have challenges or issues ahead of you, don’t worry. Approach every issue you have ahead of you with an overcomer’s mind set. Have faith in God that you will face it, encounter it and overcome. Approach challenges, examinations and obstacles in front of you with prayer, faith, courage and determination to overcome.

Do not rate any challenge higher than God. The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness there off. If you have God, you have it all, that is the ultimate. Let this be your driving force. Let the thinking that you have the almighty God behind you be your backdrop for any issue you face. Imagine a powerful God behind you every time. This thinking will make you courageous.

Remember to enjoy the benefit of having a Powerful God behind you, you need to give your life to Christ. Make up your mind and make that decision to follow Jesus.

On your journey of Hope, you might face or come across complex issues. Do not run from complexities, face it head on with courage and method. Have courage that there is nothing God can not do and pray for the wisdom of God for the right method to approach complexities.

God has given you enough Wisdom, knowledge, Counsel and understanding to simplify complex issues. Engage the Spirit of God to face Challenges. As you sum up courage to face those complex issues, God will come through for you in Jesus name.

One of the key things you need on the journey of Hope is Strength. You need His strength to carry on and not get tired on the journey. You will be exposed to a lot of experiences but it is the strength of God that will give you that power to continue, that sustainability, that ability to “stay”.

One of the seven dimensions of the Holy Spirit as can be seen and read in Isaiah 11 the first few verses is the Spirit of Might. The spirit of might empowers and gives strength. It places you a step ahead of the enemy.

May God continue to strengthen us all as we hope and wait on Him to get to our Promise Land. Amen.

Please remember that you are valuable even if you have nothing to show for it now. At the end of the journey, the value will speak, the world will see it, the world will appreciate it and place value on it. Don’t sell out cheap. Don’t trade your value for worthlessness. The Bible quotes that He who is in you is greater than He who is in the world. You have the most excellency/ valuable God living in the inside of you. You are of great value!

God will bring your value to the surface very soon and you will be publicly decorated and celebrated!

On the Spiritual dimension, understand the will and purpose of God for your life, map out the purpose and commit it unto God’s hand. Have a prayerful lifestyle and commit time to pray for your purpose and dream.

Have and set an allocated time that you spend each day working on your dreams and aspirations. Research and read widely on the area of your goal. If it is a trade be the master of it by reason of extensive research. Build network of people around you who will be helpers on the journey towards excellence.

Lastly develop a determined mind that you will get there, drive yourself, push yourself, just like the Bible quotes in Isaiah “ enlarge the place of your tent”. Stretch your imagination and actions. Build resilience and tenacity as you advance on the journey. Turn negative events on the journey to positive experience and learn lessons from mistakes and move on.

Do not let one discouragement or unfavourable action set you back on your Journey of Hope. If one door shuts there are others that are opened, look for the other opened doors and do not let the emotions of the discouragement weigh you down.

David had an experience in the Bible, just coming back from war, his family had been taken captives. Yes, there were initial emotions but the bibles reads that David “encouraged” himself in the Lord.

The key lesson from this on our journey of Hope is that you should “use encouragement to fight off discouragement “ the other one is that “you don’t need people or situation to encourage you, encourage yourself “. Now that you have this powerful insight start developing and internalising the self-switching skill and ability of changing discouragements to encouragements.

You can do it! Go for it. You can do all things through Christ that strengthens you.

On your Hope journey, you need to develop a determined mindset. Be determined that you will succeed or get to the end journey of your aspirations.

This is why vision is so important. The essence of vision is to build a picture of an end result, work and pray towards getting to that “end”.

Let determination drive you to the vision and picture you have built on success. Pray that vision to existence. Work the vision to existence, condition your mind to that future, your dream. Press on towards that “mark”.

We will all arrive at that glorious destination in Jesus name, Amen.

Righteousness is quite important on the journey of Hope. The Bible says righteousness exalts a nation. If the Bible further claims that you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood and a holy “nation”, that means that righteousness will exalt you. This is to say by reason of righteousness, you can be promoted, blessed, elevated and operate at a higher level.

Embrace righteousness, live holy. The Bible even reads in Proverbs 29:29 it reads that whoever pursues righteousness and love will meet with prosperity, live etc. This shows that by reason of righteousness and holiness, the blessing can be released upon your life.

God will help us all in our pursuit of righteousness and holiness. Let us see holiness not as a deprivation but as a beautiful/ cool virtue to pursue. The Bible in Psalms 29:2 refers to the beauty of holiness, yes that is what it is!

Let us follow righteousness and holiness on our journey of Hope.

When you are hoping for a better future, your focus is on the direction in front of you, not in the past. If you are driving towards a future and you keep looking in your rear mirror only, you are likely not to arrive at the destination! Hoping means you are focused on the future.

Issues may have happened in the past. Focusing on the past and not the future will not help you. Just like Paul in the Bible, press on towards the mark of the high calling.

Let your focus and energy be channeled unto the future. Put the past behind you. If the past is bad and horrible, wipe it away. God will also help you to wipe it away so that you can focus on a glorious future. You can do it, God can.

Now start planning and focus on the vision of the future and erase that bad past. You are blessed and your glorious future is just around the corner. Don’t miss it!

Just coming out of and experienced the Special miracle service of the Living Faith Tabernacle at the 4th service today. The powerful testimonies is an encouragement that there is Hope. There were diverse of healings in the house; long term issues receiving the grace and touch of God.

If God can give them a positive experience from a divine encounter, so can God do it for you. God is good to all. We can receive the blessings from the Lord if we give our lives to Jesus, develop our faith, build up our trust and Hope in the Lord.

You can progress on this path today by giving your life to Jesus. Confess your sins, ask Him to forgive you and make a determined effort to follow Jesus and be part of the Household of God. Just do it! You will become part of the family of God. Can you believe that “ your big Daddy” owns the universe? Can you believe that you “ Supernatural Father” has always been in the business of doing miracles from creation of the Universe to the parting of the Red Sea, there is nothing God/ your father can not do.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. His ways are not our ways. God created you for a purpose. Find that purpose and walk and develop in the centre of His purpose for your life.

Don’t re- invent the wheel, don’t keep up with “other people”. You are not other people, you are not “everyone”. You are you!

That is why the Bible says you are beautifully and wonderfully made! Take a look at the mirror and appreciate God for creating you uniquely. Appreciate yourself, value yourself, value your time, value your now, value your future and value your relationship with God.

You are in this journey of Hope for the plan and destination of God for your life, not for anyone else. Respect that destination, picture yourself in that destination, see yourself blessing others when you arrive at that destination.

You will arrive in Jesus name.

The Hope journey is dynamic in nature with its ups and downs. You need an even Godly mind and mindset to arrive at your destination.

Let all your responses to the highs and lows be dictated by your Godly strength of character. You need to be strong in the Lord and in the Power of His might.

Remember that one of clear instructions to Joshua when Moses passed on was that he must be “strong “. Joshua chapter 1:1-10.

God knows the challenges and battles that Joshua will face to get to the promise land. Based on this Joshua scenario, it is clear that strength is a key prerequisite for lasting and great victory.

Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

Hope is like a journey. Every journey has a starting point and a destination. The destination is where you aspire to be, your goal, objectives, target and your dream.

You need a vehicle to get you from point of commencement to your destination. That vehicle is Hope.

Just like a vehicle is a collection of systems from transmission to directional, so are there various elements within your Hope super system. These includes Faith, trust and total reliance on God etc.

Engage Hope and all it’s associated spiritual virtues on your Journey.

We will arrive at that blessed destination in Jesus name.

People might reject you because of how they see you at present. Only God knows tomorrow. Your tomorrow is bright and that is why you need to develop faith and hope. Don’t be mindful about people’s negative responses to your present circumstances.

Look into Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith! Look up to the Hill where your help comes from like in Psalms 121:1. An element of true Worship of God is looking and beholding the greatness of God and not your problems. Develop this skill. Whenever you want to think of the enormity of your problem, switch mentally and picture the greatness of God.

When people do or say bad things to you, Instead of responding, just declare in your heart that God is Holy. Let His Worship or the Worship of God fill your life on your journey towards excellence.

Let your Hope be in the Lord and not what you can or can not see happen around you. God can change any situation. With God all things are possible.

Don’t just let your Hope be in the Lord but let the Lord be your Hope as is written in Jeremiah 17:7, that we should let the Lord be our Hope. If the Lord is our Hope then the entirety of our Hope belongs to Him. He is our ultimate and He will come through for us. If God can not fail, then his Hope can not fail. So if the Lord is your Hope, you can not fail.

There are mountains you need to climb to get to the top. Face it with courage. Courage means you face the challenges ”regardless” This was why God repeatedly told Joshua to be courageous in Joshua chapter 1.

On your Hope journey, you need courage. Be bold, be courageous and have faith that all is well. All will be well !

When you have faced the challenges and climb life’s mountain and get to the top, you will become an overcomer. You can then look back and see how Hope, Faith and trust in God saw you through.

Hope that you will get to the top and become an overcomer and have a testimony.

It is quite a blessing to experience the powerful move of God in the fourth service, 11:45 am on Sunday, changed to Special Miracle service and the move of God in Healing at the Living Faith Tabernacle, Ota.

The testimonies after the service was an encouragement and a reminder that “There is Hope”. People with issues over long periods of time received deliverance in the service.

Let this experience be an encouragement that God is in the business of delivering His people for the oppression of the enemy. As we go into another month soon, raise your Hope level and raise your Faith level. Believe that this is your season and this is your year and it will not pass you bye without you experiencing God’s greatness and blessings in line with your Hope and Faith.

Focus on the specifics that you want God to do for you this year. Also are you implementing the plans that you started the year with according to your hope in God?

There are two approaches to success: the spiritual and the physical. God plays His part, you play your part. Have you noticed most blessings in the Bible are contractual in nature; between God and man.

Most blessings and miracles are contractual and mostly incumbent upon an obedience from the side of man. Look at Deuteronomy 28:1-14 where there are great blessings pronounced, note that the starting sentence reads “and it shall come to pass, if you shall..........”. That means there is a condition that will have invoke the blessings. The blessings will happen “if”. Pay attention to God’s instructions in your life.

Do an exercise and list all the instructions you have received from God. List them and honesty ask yourself or evaluate what you have done or are doing with them. If you are a believer and you know Matt 6:33, are you seeking first the kingdom of God, are you seeking righteousness?

Where God had given you specific instructions around your life, your career etc are you following the path of that divine instruction or doing other things that you think are right because “everyone is doing it”?

Make this a period of self evaluation with the intention of setting corrections in motion towards full obedience in your life.

Yesterday is gone. Today is a new day. Let the negative emotions and occurrences of yesterday be bygone. Don’t bring it into your new day. Trust me, everyone has challenges. It is your approach and method of addressing it that matters and is very key to taking you to a hopeful future.

Don’t bring the baggages of yesterday to your bright future that starts today. Clear your mind for a better tomorrow. Let faith, trust and Hope be built and developed in you.

Focus on that glorious tomorrow. It shall be well with you. Amen.

You might have had a very challenging day and all things seem to not be working, you kept getting blamed for things or you feel all odds are against you.

Don’t worry, take a deep breath, picture the beautiful goals you have ahead on you and replace the reflection of the horrible past with a glorious goal ahead.

It could be difficult because you are wrapped in the emotions of the negative events, bounce out of it, develop that ability to “switch” from negatives to positives. No matter how difficult you situation might be, focus on God who will bring a better tomorrow.

Always focus on the positives in the face of negative situations. Have the ability to remove yourself from the negatives. At times listening to Praise and worship music can help with that switch to positive/ Godly emotions.

Don’t let any negative situation rob you of your future. Be positive, be happy and be focused on your glorious future.

There is Hope.

Thanksgiving is quite important on your Hope journey. It is important to thank God for all the blessings that come your way.

No blessing or opportunity is too small. The connection you make today may be your source of mega- breakthrough tomorrow. Don’t belittle any step you take forward.

No matter how small the step is , celebrate it with Thanksgiving. Give God thanks for all He has done, is doing and will do in your life.

If you have a thanksgiving heart, you will have an appreciative disposition towards life and this is good for positive living.

Positive living impacts on happiness and your general mental health. Develop a gratitude tendency. It is very important.

God will come through for us as we develop a heart of thanksgiving. Let the psalms be your friend. There are so many Psalms on thanksgiving and praise like Psalms 150 etc.

Start learning Psalms of Praise and let it inform your heart of gratitude to God. Even when you can see nothing happening around you, give God thanks ! This is a powerful tool.

Keep thanking God on your way to breakthrough and God will show up for you in Jesus name.

There is Hope.

The fourth service at Faith Tabernacle/ Living Faith Church today, Sunday was awesome. It was a special miracle service leading on to a prayer session and then testimonies afterwards.

I was encouraged because there were lots testimonies as to how God touched His People in the prayers sessions minutes before. People were healed and delivered from long term sicknesses and oppressions in minutes! because of the touch of God on people’s lives.

The lesson for me as it relates to Hope is that, God can do anything at anytime. With Him all things are possible. There will be someone in that service who had been hoping for a touch from God and God met them at the point of their need today. You never know when it is your time. Keep hoping ! and God will do it!

This lastly brings me to the Preaching of the Apostle over the Commission today on miracles that:

1. God is willing.
2. God is able.
3. God is Ready.

The golden questions are you ready?
