gidgiddy: [s]So do you know any coward who fights a 3 year war of independence against a much larger opponent? Cowards do not fight at all. Anyone who is brave enough to fight someone or something mush greater than him is no coward.
Ojukwu surrendering personally so that Nigerian troops can do whatever they liked with him from shooting him dead to publicly torturing him or detaining him(if he was lucky) is something that only a very foolish person would do
Who in their right minds would offer themselves to their enemy on a platter of gold to prove bravery when they have an escape route? Only a complete idiot would do that and Ojukwu wasnt one[/s] Nonsense Shalaye Ojukwu died a coward QED |

gidgiddy: Does that mean that Bola Tinubu, Dele Momodu and Wole Soyinka are cowards? All three men were agitating against the Sani Abacha's rule but when Sani Abacha sent his death squad after them, all 3 men fled to London
Should all 3 men have stayed in Nigeria to be slaughtered along with Kudirat Abiola, Pa Rewane and others who fell to Abachas hit squad?
What matters is that they fought against dictatorship and impunity but I do not expect them to relax and be slaughtered by Abacha so as to prove their bravery
Staying back to be slaughtered is not bravery, it is stupidity. Bravery is standing up to fight against overwhelmingly odds like Ojukwu Why didn’t the govt slaughter Effiong and the others that surrendered ? Why was Ojukwu spared when he returned to Nigeria? The more you guys try to excuse Ojukwu cowardice, the more you all sound very stupid and cowardly too |

You don’t even accept the definition of the word you quoted from the dictionary, you probably don’t understand or comprehend the definition. A coward is he that have to send his subordinates to surrender, something he can easily do but shy away from out of cowardice and not taking responsibility |

SendAbroad: You are very correct.
To make a container of frozen fish get rotten in Nigeria port, they simply remove the electricity supply to the frozen fish container.
So in this case, they probably had removed electricity supply to all the 21 containers and this can only have happened at the Nigerian port. This is obviously not true and can’t happen. No terminal operator will willfully cut off supply to the refer containers at the terminal. Each of those containers carry temperature reading device and the point of drop in temperature can easily be read, such terminal operator will pay seriously for such You guys should stop sounding like illiterates, this is one of the thing killing this platform, people with barely any knowledge of an issue trying to confuse people |

EddyNumerouno: How will the fish not spoil with all the stress involved in clearing containers? It has not nothing to do with *stress of clearing containers* Either it’s already gone bad from country of supply, storage problem on the vessel transporting the containers or power problem at the port of discharge ( Tin Can ) Obviously it’s not a container problem as 21 reffers can’t go bad on one consignment |

Very stupid blogger Recall that fish is among items banned for importation into the country by the Federal Government. Fish is not a banned item for importation. The true position; Foreign exchange for Fish cannot be sourced from official window either from the CBN or the banks, importers must only pay for the imports using parallel market funds |

The members of the parties represented in the house of representatives, except APC, must have met to decide the persons to recommend and they must have voted to determine the persons so I wonder how PDP could not have had it's way in deciding the minority leaders, especially if the number of the other parties are insignificant.[/s] |
