The plan I had last year was a long term lease for a guest house, which didn't go thru after so many leg work. Even though the agents are showing me other offers, I decided I do not want to go that line again - it's a lucrative business though.

The fundamental issue in Nigeria is finance we don't have strong banks. Dangote found this out while building his refinery and needed backing from the CBN

Without that foundation of access to capital we always struggle
