Firstly I am not a fan of David, my first son is 25 and that put him in the same age bracket as David, Sammy was sued to court to provide evidence but he failed to do that, if you think you have evidence to prove that the young man killed Tagbo as you said then put together your evidence and sue him to court.
It's that simple.
