I’ve been exploring career options in tech and keep coming back to UI/UX design and web development. The demand seems huge, but the field also looks competitive. I’m curious—what’s the best way to build skills and stand out?

Some people suggest starting with freelance gigs, while others recommend internships or working with agencies. I’ve been looking at agencies like Percee Digital, who seem to work on real-world projects across branding, performance, and product design. I feel like learning in an environment like that could really speed up growth and expose you to industry best practices.

Anyone here working in the field? Would love your advice on building a strong portfolio and getting that first break.
