I don't have any form of transcript. My attestation is for work purpose @ UAE. Can I authenticate my birth, WAEC and degree certificate at the MOE, MOFA and UAE embassy without the transcript??

And if yes, can I be assisted with it since I don't stay close to Abuja (can a friend or agent help me with it, if yes what and what will they require)?

Sure you can. I sent documents to Nigeria and is done for me by proxy. Get a friend and let your friend go with his ID card and he will be sorted out.
