Yh I guess so ,but der is no advtage witout disadvantage abi no be jamb always innovating diff kind of strtegies to minimize corruption but @ d end of d day we discover it only helping only 40percent,wat abt d remainin 60percnt,wen dey knw dey re nt up to d task y did dey start it in d first place,dis shud favor everybody,because nw its only people dah re goin for de dah knw der status nw wat abt people dat re nt registerin for d.e
