There is really no special edge in increasing motility. The only initiiative is one to increase sperm counts.In trying to do,the chance of increasing motility becomes eminent.

There is special intervention to increasing a sperm count. The available have always been empirical.
Ensure that this poor count of sperm cells ain't coming from other condition,you doctor may have the feel to have you try on any of the following:

1. Carnithine
2.Zinc
Vitamins A,C and E
3.Folic acid
4.Selenium
5. Alpha lipoic acid
others like,Astaxanthin, Carrots and magnesium.

Go to college of education ilorin ,ask for ijmb center and they will give u there details, there are private center offering ijmb too but most of them may dissapoint you along the way, but some of them are God fearing....if u are serious I will direct you to either the public or private..I did it and it help..only if you can read be more serious.
