Marriage isn't a one sided thing as u think.

Evn some hubby help out in some of the things u've listed if not all.

I am trying my best to change my mind set. That's why i posted to invite fresh insights. So what they bring is a little help? Its all my responsibility but i am lucky if i get some help?

I have had relationships when i was younger and they were amazing back then, i got hurt in a few and i think this made me extremely bitter and lost desire for relationships for a while. Here is what crosses my mind when i think of marriage.

1. I will be doing all the cooking
2. i will be doing all he laundry
3. I will do be the one raising all the kids. (diapers, cleaning after them etc)
(the guy will want to find them cleaned up and looking good)
4. I will do all the cleaning in the house
5. I will have to support the guy emotionally.
6. If i need emotional support i should go to my girlfriends.
7. I will give the guy sex all the time
(even when most times i just want romance without sex)
8. I am supposed to look pretty for the man all the time.
9. the man will get a good reputation for having a wife and kids while i do all the giving.

What does the man bring to the table?? Let's say i also make my own money.

i met this guy who took my breath away. He is handsome, a gentleman, he is so passionate about his work. He is my client and i cant cross the line to flirt with him. He is simple, he does not try to impress, he is just simple, and amazing. he is so handsome and he does not even act like it. He is kind, he talks nicely, he says sorry, he does not interrupt. he does not even know that i like him so bad. Worst part is, he does not think of me like that. I wonder if he notices am of the opposite gender at all. Now the project is over, and i know i will never see him again, probably ever.
How on earth so yo attract a man like that to make him see you in that direction without making the first move
