has Joy TV gone off air? I only get bad signal with my Qsat 23g. what do I do

which is the best decoder for 90 cm dish

I got this from previous posts. Yes it is very possible to use a C-band LNBF on a 90cm
dish. However, ur signal wud be very low.
At Arabsat 5C, 20 degree East,with a C-band LNBF on a
90cm dish, U will get many channels including Al jazeera
English, JSC Sports, alkass Sports, Dubai Sports, jeem, Qatar
tv, Sudan tv. is it possible. pls advice
