Is the maximum number of occupants written on the contract 1? Is it written in the contract that you can't bring people to live with you? Is it written in the contract that for each person that lives with you there will be additional expenses payable to the landlord? Read through your contract first.

I don't remember signing any contract or reading one. He only asked few questions if I smoke and which I don't. And also where I work. Then I proceeded and make payment which he gave me keys and that's it. Other flats has family of over 5 why is mine different

I recently brought my younger ones from my hometown one still in Senior secondary school, the other going to write jamb this year and hopefully gets into higher institution..all this I am going to sponsor from my end. They've been living with me since last month getting use to City Life and exposure not until my landlord called me on the phone this morning that they told him they are some people living with me in my house. I said yes and told him they are my younger ones and he blantly said that means I will have to balance him. That when he gave me the house, he only gave me I didn't tell him I would be bringing all my families from the village to live with me. That either I balance him a certain amount or I tell my people to live. I was shocked because I didn't expect all this. It's a self con that I rented jan last year and i paid for all the fees, including caution's agents and everything more than 500k and here he's telling me I can't harbor my younger ones. He even threaten to come get me evicted because he's the landlord and it is his property. I am really confused and really don't know what to do. I'm thinking about going to the police station to file complaint because this is unheard of where I'm from. What if as a bachelor I decide to get married and we procreate would he also be coming to ask for an additional rentage. I really don't get it.

I have just been scammed by caleb Anjolokuwa akintola mtn 5gb data in exchange for him to fund me 1000 naira.

I told him to send the 1k first but he insisted and said my offer was too good to be true that he doesn't believe. He would even credit me 1500 if he gets the 5gb data plan.

I asked the thief to drop number which he did and immediately I sent him the data, he confirmed receiving it and block me immediately.. here are all the proof.
