Please i need a help to calculate how many iron rods , bags of cement and gravel to use for the decking of this house as attached,

The area to be decked is the 2 bedrooms, W/C and the Family Lounge only. The void area is not included .

My nephews wants to play me a fast game , I really need a help as am not in Nigeria now.
They gave me a quote of 3.7million Naira, They said things are very expensive . I think they are up to some foul game behind my back.

i will advise you first to get a quantitysurveyor to give you an estiamte for all element of the building in question, no need for you to start trying to cut corners on this because you will end up making more loss by people trying to cheat you on your hard earn money.
it just like being penny wise and pound foolish in this case,nobody is going to waste his or her time in doing a calculation for you, i must be honest with you.
there are people who are trained for such aspect like this, so engage them for your good.
its not going to cost you a arm.
I got my colleague who happens to be a QS and this is the brief estimate he gave me brokendown below.

cost of concrete work (cement ,granite and sand etc) =780,000
reinforcement work (iron bars and bindign wire )= 700,000
formwork ( woods etc ) = 450,000

Total =1,930,000 million. which your can round up to 2 million naira.
This clearly shows that you people want to rip you off simple.

i will like to thank everyone present here for their contributions on so far.

i will like more insight info regarding the POF ( proof of fund ) when you are submitting your application to cic.
do i still need to leave amount showed on my bank statement untouched after i must have submitted my application cic?
for how long should this amount remain in my account before i can start taking out money from there?

please i need your honest opinion because i intend getting some cash from friends to make up the required amount needed and i wouldn't wanna just leave people hard earned cash in my account ,especially not at this point of economy meltdown.
