My concern is the way people and communities reclaim undeveloped lands, even when u live within same ytown. i live in asaba, but am from ughelli north, almost all lands are either sold at least twice or on lease of 100 years. as u buy lands there, others are waiting for 2 or 3 years time when those your lands will appreciate by 40 or 50 percent and sell it. if u complain, they will count your cash give u and say shebi naim you pay for the land. i also wanted to buy land at Ogwashi uku/azagba ogwasi/ isele azagba, ogwashi uku king and state government don revoke all lands there and ban sale of lands on all those axis and giving them out to estate companies just like that, even obi Cubana company get a whole mini city there. people dey cry.thats my fear. even surrounding communities of asaba, people dey fear to buy lands there.my target. is isele uku, 20 mins drive from asaba, by next January

Always fence all your lands even if it's a dual fence. And also process and get C"of"O from the government in every land you acquire, and with a very good and respected lawyer.

Not true. They are just unprofessional in some cases. The Man O'War are also students as well. That's the institution i attended, and FUTO Man O' War have always done more good than harm. Have you ever heard of any stupid cultism war inside FUTO before in your entirely life? FUTO is one of the best and well organised higher institution in Nigeria. The school management always checkmate the activities of the man 'o war through the school security and the dean of students affairs who also is the one incharge of them.

Here in the West, they usually have rooms special meant for beds because of situations like this. They will just take the child to the bed to sleep very well. But if the child does it everyday, the school will inform the parents or ward so they become aware. This is very common among children and they should be treated as children that they're.

Dem no born you for Europe to wake that child from that sleep during class. Though the teacher are well trained and they know how to handle every situation without deprivation of the child rights.
