I have 6 plots for sale. 648sqm Each.

For sale is my 6 plots of land inside Adron Homes - Treasure Parks and Garden Phase 3 "Cape town" Shimawa Ogun State. I am looking to sell all 6 plots, open to reasonable offers. Serious inquiries only. I am open to selling individual plots or you can buy multiple. They are currently selling for 40% discount at 9.1m Naira.

I am selling at 7.5m per plot. You can save a whole lot buying from me. All transactions can and will be verified and processed by Adron Homes. I will basically be transferring the plots to you once payment is made and forms filled out. Adron Homes will be involved in all the processes so we are both safe.
