Next day you will come and be told price went up so you have balance to pay or your contract note will be withheld.

= Rex insurance,one of it's subsidiaries contributes about 80% of the group revenue

=Restructuring ongoing in 3 subsidiaries now

= Africinvest and Blue orchard are the 2 foreign investors that controls 60% holdings in Rex insurance and also control substantial stakes in the group.

= Rex insurance a subsidiary values over 23B while the group values below 6B.

These 2 foreign investors are looking for value hencing the reason I am pitching my tent here.We will continue buying Royalex until it breaks #1.

The acquisition might have been priced in already. But the benefits (cost efficiency, performance and profits etc.) accruable from the acquisition of ENI/NAOC assets will only start reflecting in Oando's financials going forward!
Wait until you see the 2024 Q3 and full FY2024 financial results.
Oando is making gradual, remarkable progress in spite of the difficulties in past years, but some people are neck-stiff in acknowledging it.
Investment analysis does not begin and end with past performances. Future revenues and profits are also key to investment decisions.

It will go lower than that price because, Inflation and forex shortage worries MPC members( punch newspaper). I am sure they might increase rate by next MPC meeting coming up by July and investor will dive high interest rate then stock price will drop.

It is a 20 naira stock abi, and we have people buying it in the millions. 100,000 units are even uncountable.
