I have been laughing since morning when a fine guy
stopped me at awolowo road, IKEJA and told me that he is looking for GOOGLE PLAY STORE. I asked him Google Playstore how? he said his WhatsApp stopped working and his neighbour told him to go to Playstore and get a new one. Anyway as a good Samaritan I told him Playstore is no longer at IKEJA but they have relocated to ITOKU in ABEOKUTA, i then put him in a bus going to ITA OSHIN, ABEOKUTA.

Breaking News: Senate Approves Law Programme in UNIPORT

If you have been asking this question: does Uniport offer law as a course? Well, you got your answer! Yes! The Nigeria Senate has approved Law programme in University of Port Harcourt. And starting from the 2017/2018 Academic Session, interested candidates can apply.

The good news we have for all 2017 Jamb candidates today is that, the Council of Legal Education recently approved admission of students into the Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree programme (UNIPORT).

This is to inform the general public that the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Entrance Examination has been slated to hold by 7.00am on 22nd April, 2017.

Applicants are expected to come to the Examination Centre with the following items/documents:

a. Acknowledgement Slip (downloaded from NDA Application Portal).
b. JAMB 2017 Registration Slip.
c. Examination Admission Card (downloaded from NDA Application Portal).

The Council of the University of Ilorin hereby announces that the post of University Librarian of the University will become vacant with effect from 12th October, 2017.

In accordance with the provisions of the Universities (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act No. 11 of 1993, as amended by Act No. 25 of 1996 and the Universities (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2012, the Council has decided to begin the process of appointing a new University Librarian.

The candidate, who must have had a minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience, should possess at least a Master’s Degree in Library Science. A Doctorate Degree will be an added advantage.
