Religion / 5 Qualities of A man of Integrity by Peterzion: 1:38pm On Nov 07, 2021
The integrity of the upright shall guide them. Proverbs 11:3.

Each Christian should be a person of unquestionable integrity. A life of no integrity is a life that can cause a lot of damages to our Christian walk. It is not wisdom for a man to live such a life that cannot be trusted or relied upon. Such a life cannot please God.

A life of integrity is very critical if we must reflect the glory of God. Let’s look at some attributes of a lifestyle of integrity.

1. Truthfulness and Honesty

Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Ephesians 4:25.

A man of integrity means what he says and says what he means. He doesn’t flatters or contradicts his words. He’s a man of his words. He says things as it is. He’s just speaking the whole truth from his heart.

If we always speak the truth, people will always believe us, even if the situation looks unbelievable.

You can’t teach a man of integrity to lie, he would rather corner his way out, or use wisdom to escape. Anyone who is teaching a man of integrity to lie is only wasting his time.

For instance, when a thing costs fifty thousand and a person says it is seventy thousand, and a company or office gives him seventy thousand, the twenty thousand he holds back is a setback to his life and destiny.

Anything a man touches and takes, which does not belong to him, will prevent him from having whatever is his in life. Life is a seed, whatever you sow, you shall also reap.

A man of integrity is a man of truthfulness and honesty.

2. Core Values

The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him. Proverbs 20:7.

A Man of Integrity has states his core values clear and practically walks in it. What is value? Value are principles that guide the way we live our life on a daily basis and not occasionally.

As a man of integrity, there must something you believe in and it is not only wrapped up in what you believe, it is also doing what you believe deliberately and consistently.

Values are critical in a righteous life. Behind any man of integrity, there are principles that guides him to behave the way he does.

3. Consistency

But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me. Psalm 26:11.

A person of integrity is always consistent in all his ways. He might not be 100% consistent but he can be given a first class award in consistency.

A man of integrity are sometimes predictable because they don’t go on holidays when it comes to maintaining their integrity.

4. They Never Compromise

But he refused, and said unto his master’s wife, Behold, my master wotteth not what is with me in the house, and he hath committed all that he hath to my hand; [9] There is none greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back any thing from me but thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God? Genesis 39:8-9.

A person of integrity will never compromise their standards in exchange for anything.

Joseph was a man that didn’t compromised, he had every opportunity to betray his own integrity but he never did. He could do many unrighteous things without anybody knowing about it, but he was honest to himself to God.

One young girl was approached several times by her boss in the office for a sexual relationship. She refused. After several advances from the man and she refused firmly, he sacked her. She left the job and kept her name. After spending a few months at home, an opening came and she went for the job.

Unfortunately or fortunately, they asked her to get a recommendation from her former boss. With all audacity, she went to her former boss and asked for the recommendation. The ex-boss agreed. In his recommendation, he said: If you are looking for a person that will not compromise principles; if you are looking for a person that will not betray trust and confidence; if you are looking for a person of integrity and character, then this is the right person. That recommendation alone, gave her a great head start in the new and probably, better employment.

Beloved, we must not compromise our standard for worldly pleasure.

5. Character

Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. [20] But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. Matthew 1:19-20.

A man of integrity is a man character, when character is lost, everything is lost. Charisma can take you up but without character, a man is likely to crumble from where he is, unless there’s genuine repentance and restoration. You will not crumble in Jesus name.

It was character that dethrone queen vashti from her throne. She was banished from the palace and fired as queen.

Rebecca was a woman of character, you could tell from the scene when she met Abraham’s servant at the well side. She could have missed the great opportunity to be the wife of Isaac and the mother of Israel. But her character made her to be the first choice

When a person’s name is neat, his character is neat and his integrity is neat. Anywhere his name comes up, people recommend him. They know that working with him is safe. They know that every dealing with him is safe. It is only when you are trusted that you can be entrusted. God will entrust you with great things when you are trusted. Humanity will entrust you when you can be trusted.

Character is who you are when no one is watching you. What are the things you are doing when no one is watching?

What happens outwardly in your life is not as important as what happens inside you. Your circumstances are temporary, but your character will last forever.

A man of integrity is a man of character, so character building must not be neglected if we want to be a carrier of God’s glory.

Joseph, the earthly father of our Lord Jesus was a great man of integrity and character. We all give credit to Mary but forgetting Joseph. How do you explain to the public what has happened to Mary but being a just man, he maintained his integrity and he was privilege to be the earthly father of our Saviour.

Before Mary was chosen to be the mother of Jesus, they must have checked the profile of his husband Joseph to know if this man will cooperate with the divine arrangement or not but glory be to God, he didn’t fail, he was a man of understanding and integrity.

May we not thwart the agenda of God’s plan for our life and generation in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, any areas I have not pleased you in the place of integrity, have mercy upon me. Help me to be a person of integrity from today in Jesus name. Amen. Stay Blessed, Jesus Loves You!

Religion / 4 Dimensions Of Walking With God by Peterzion: 6:09pm On Oct 24, 2021
I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. Genesis 17:1.

It’s one thing to walk with God and another thing to maintain a consistent and perfect walk with Him, so that His glory, power and mighty presence can be manifested in our lives.

What Jesus showed the multitude is different from what He showed His followers, what He showed His followers is different from what He showed His disciples, what He showed the disciples is different from what He showed the twelve apostles, what He showed the twelve apostles is different from what He showed the three, Peter, James and John.

These three apostle enjoyed a great fellowship with Jesus Christ, though they were fast asleep when the master was about to be betrayed and crucified, but these three were the only apostle that saw the transfiguration of Jesus Christ at the mountain.

Seeing the master being transfigured in their eyes was a great sign of their total commitment, dedication and a sacrificial walk with Him.

Abraham, Moses and David and Daniel, among many were also diligent and consistent in their walk with God. They experienced God and enjoy a good walk with Him. The bible recorded that there was no prophet in Israel that God knew face to face except Moses.

Abraham also walked with God and it was revealed in the scripture that the Lord appeared to him, visited him and also ate in Abraham’s house. How did that happen?

David enjoyed a cordial relationship with God and God chose Him to be the greatest king in Israel. He was just a shepherd boy just taking care of his father’s business in the bush, but God mercy located him and he conformed to the will of God.

All these great happenings were greatly influenced by the perfect walk these great men all had with God and conforming to His will.

Daniel was not left out, he walked with God and he saw the regime of four Kings in Babylon. He was the wisest during those period and the most preferred because an excellent spirit was in him. Beloveth, you can’t walk with God and not be wise because there is a spirit in man and the inspiration of the almighty that gives him understanding.

Let’s journey into the dimensions of walking with God. I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, will give unto us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him that the eyes of our understanding will be enlightened in Jesus name, Amen.

1. Walk in the light of His Word

Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.” John 8:12.

There’s an hymn that writes:

When we walk with the Lord
In the light of His Word
What a glory He sheds on our way;
While we do His good will
He abides with us still
And with all who will trust and obey.

Trust and obey
For there’s no other way
To be happy in Jesus,
But to trust and obey.

God dwells in light, He hides himself in light, everything about Him is light and in Him there’s no darkness at all. The first thing you need to walk perfectly with God after you have been born again is the word of life.

The word of God is spirit, the word of God is light, the word of God is life. Jesus said to us, the word that I speak to you, they are spirit and they are life.

If you walk in the light of the word of God, you will never walk in darkness. Even in daytime, when others are stumbling, you will be shining in the light of the word.

God’s word has been designed to help every child of God to reign as Kings and Queens in life. Inability to recognized the light in the word of God will keep one in thick darkness, no matter how long he has been born again.

Not everyone will hear the audible voice of God but every child of God who is genuinely saved is entitled to hear the voice of God clearly, though it might not be audibly, but aligning yourself to the word of God will make you recognize His voice when He speaks.

The primary way God will speak, lead and guide you in the affairs of life is through His word. As a matter of fact, if you’re not conversant with His word, or you’re not a practical doer of the word and also walking in the light of His word, it will be tough to discern His voice which will make it more difficult to have a perfect walk with Him.

Our Lord Jesus Christ have the understanding of the scripture right from a very tender age, so it was easy for Him to walk and maintain a perfect walk the father.

He knows what to do at any time, when to do it, how to do it and where to do it. He was never short of power, wisdom or revelation.

Everything worked for Him according as planned because He was carrying the word of God in His spirit everywhere he goes.

Maybe your bible has been on holiday for a while now, or maybe is on vacation, it’s time to pick it up again and conform yourself to the written word. Make it a priority to study and meditate on the word of God if you want to walk perfectly with God.

Take advantage of the bible reading exercise that’s ongoing right now on our social media forum, or you construct your own time table so you can align yourself to the plan and purpose that God has for your life.

Anyone who wants to enjoy a good walk with God must be a practical doer of His Word. God cannot walk with or be a friend of anyone who is not doing His will. The best He can do with such a fellow is to call his attention to repentance and send someone to Him who will prepare Him for rapture or eternity.

You must let the Word of God shines through you, when the word of God penetrate through your body, soul and spirit, you don’t need to invite God again to walk with you, He’s already inside of you, and you can walk with Him as long you preserve His Word in your spirit and keep doing what it says.

Today, make a fresh commitment to start walking in the light of His Word. Be a practical doer of His word. May the God of grace grant you fresh grace to walk in the light and revelation of His word in Jesus name. May His light shines brighter and brighter in all your path as you commit yourself to have a new perfect walk with Him in Jesus name.

2. Walking in Spirit

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. Romans 8:14.

Many people followed Jesus but only few walked with Him intimately. Spirit have fellowship with spirit, flesh with flesh, mortal with mortal and then immortals with immortals.

The only way the mortals can have fellowship with the immortals is through the spirit. Walking with God will require your spirit to align with His spirit because many things will never be revealed except by the Spirit.

Flesh can only have contact with flesh while spirit can only have contact with spirit. If you want to contact God, you can only contact Him through your spirit because God is a spirit. The flesh cannot contact Him and cannot have communion with Him.

To walk in the spirit, every of your action and deeds must be motivated by the spirit and not the flesh. The flesh must be subdued and be under subjection. You must not Allow the flesh to fulfill its lust and have its way. To be spiritually minded is life and that life can be found when walking in the spirit and it will be activated by power of the Holy Ghost.

If you want your spirit to be aligned with the spirit of God in order to have good walk with Him, you must never allow your spirit to be defiled, your spirit must not be contaminated with unholy thing that are not profitable to your Spirit. You must stay clean and stay unspotted from the world.

Don’t ever take a step without allowing the Holy Spirit to direct you. Let Him be the one to guide you. Anyone who is not allowing the Holy spirit to lead and guide him will always fall into disaster.

One thing you must also know is that you must not quench the spirit with carnal junks, because a quenched spirit cannot stay alive to maintain a perfect walk with God. The carnal nature of man cannot comprehend the vastness of God. Spirit to spirit is needed for a fruitful and productive fellowship and a perfect walk with God.

3. Walk in His Love

He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. I John 4:8.

Love is faith’s empowering agent. When we do not have mountain-moving love it is impossible to have mountain-moving faith.

God is love, and anyone who wants to have a perfect walk with God must exhibit that same kind of character.

Anyone who cannot love like God or have the God kind nature of love cannot perfectly walk with God. You must be able to see people in the way you know God will see them. Love people in the way you know God will love them, care for them in the way you know God will care for them.

God cannot be seen but people can be seen, you can see people through the eyes of God with the way you show your love to them. The only way to prove that the fruits of love is bearing much in you and that you love God, is to love people the way you know God will love them.

Anyone who cannot love his brethren cannot love God because if you cannot love someone you can see, how can you love God that you can’t see.

God is love and to enjoy our walk with God, we must walk in love with all men.

4. Faith

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Romans 1:17.

A perfect walk with God is not complete until faith is involved. Everything in the kingdom of God is driven by faith, no child of God can please Him. Faith is only thing you have that can make you please God.

Our lives have been designed in such a way that without faith we cannot get anything done. If you must walk with God, you must believe everything He says and do everything He commands without doubting or wavering in your heart or in action. He that doubts cannot always please God.

Walking with God by faith is the only substance we have for pleasing Him, without faith we can’t walk perfectly with God and also please Him. In fact, our walk with God is not perfect, neither is it completed without applying a good measure of faith.

Everything pertaining to the kingdom have been designed to work by faith and if we don’t subscribe to Gods faith channel, we might never walk with God in perfection.

The secret of faith is not having faith in your faith, the secret of faith is having faith toward God, and toward God alone, then you begin to walk perfectly with Him experientially.

Beloveth, here are some key dimensions of walking with God, use it, apply it and maintain it consistently. Happy are ye if you know these things and do them.

Stay blessed.

Religion / 7 Reasons For This Season by Peterzion: 11:39am On Dec 25, 2020
And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Matthew 1:21 KJV

Many know Christmas but they don’t know Christ, Many celebrate Christmas but they don’t know Jesus. Many know this season but they don’t know the reason for the season.

The reason for this season is not only meant for eating chicken, jollof rice, cow meat etc. Is not meant to start calling DJ, partying, dancing, drinking, all the name of celebrating Christmas. The reason for season is far more than this.

If you’re celebrating Christmas and you don’t know Christ which is the main reason for this season, or you have not accepted Him as your Lord and Savior and also walking in His will? Beloveth, you’re celebrating what you know not. Jesus told the Samaritan woman at the well that you worshiped what you know not

Christ came to this world to save us from our sins, to restore us and to give us dominion. Today we are celebrating our Wonderful Savior for the great price He paid for us.

Beloveth, Jesus is the reason for the season, any other reason for this season have not yet been discovered and have not been established.

Though we don’t know the real date that Christ was born and how accurate the calendar of the birth of Jesus Christ corresponds to this season, but for many decades now and hundreds of years, the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ have always been celebrated in a season like this and it is the main reason for this season.

Here are 7 vitals things to know for the reason for this season, things you must observe carefully so that this season will not pass you by just as it came.

1. You Must be Saved

John 3:5 KJV
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

As I’ve said earlier, Jesus is the reason for this season and the reason why He came to this world is to save us from our sin.

“And thou shalt call his name JESUS : for he shall save his people from their sins”.

The first thing you must observe this season is your salvation. If you are not saved, you need to humble yourself and come to the Lord today.

You must come to the saving knowledge and grace of Jesus Christ. You must be born again.

2. Examine Yourself

Examine and test and evaluate your own selves to see whether you are holding to your faith and showing the proper fruits of it. Test and prove yourselves [not Christ]. Do you not yourselves realize and know [thoroughly by an ever-increasing experience] that Jesus Christ is in you–unless you are [counterfeits] disapproved on trial and rejected?
2 Corinthians 13:5 AMPC

If you have been saved, restored and redeemed by the blood of Jesus, It’s time to do a thorough spiritual check up of your salvation, many do go for medical check up, but don’t perform any salvation check up.

Many is aware whenever any transaction is being taken place in their account but they don’t know when something is being deducted from the work of their salvation.

It’s a time to check maybe you’re still standing strong in faith. It’s time to amend your ways if you’ve fallen short in this salvation race, it’s a time for a divine balancing, a time for examining yourself to check maybe you’re right on the track.

If you finds out that you have fallen by the way side, it’s time to acknowledged your ways and amend it. Ask for mercy, and God will gladly receive you again.

3. Prepare for Eternity

2 Corinthians 4:18 KJV
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Every day, every seasons and every annual celebration reminds us that the day of the Lord is at hand and is drawing nearer than we think. There is no better time to start preparing for eternity than now.

Jesus came to restore us so that we can live forever with Him in heaven, now He has gone to prepare a place for you and I so that we can reign with Him eternally.

You must use this season to prepare for eternity. Cut everything away from you that might want to hinder you from making Heaven.

Hebrews 12:1 KJV
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.

4. Plan and Prepare For Your Assignment

Habakkuk 2:2 KJV _And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it._

It’s time to accept responsibility, this is the season to start planning on how to fulfill your divine purpose of existence. It’s a season to plan and prepare on how to fulfill your assignment. If you don’t plan now, another Christmas will come and go again without you doing anything about your assignment.

Jesus planned and prepared for His ministry, till today, nobody can ever match His achievements both in personal and in ministry. Though we might do greater Works than He did because His word said so, but nobody can match or qualify for the finished work that he did at calvary.

God has also designed every man in His own unique way to carry out a specific and a unique purpose, your assignment is different from others, that’s why you must use this season to plan and prepare for your assignment as well. Jesus fulfilled His purpose, you too plan well so that you can fulfill your purpose.

5. It’s a Season to Extend and show Love

1 John 4:7 KJV
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

This is not the season to hate, this is the the season of love. This is the the season to free that person that you’ve not forgiven for many years, this is the season to extend love to family, friends, neighbors and the needy.

While many other people celebrate valentines day as their day of love, to do all manners of things. Use this season to exhibit and show the love of Christ to someone, and the Lord will not forget your labour of love, He will surely reward you.

6. Reach Out to The Lost

My Father is glorified and honored by this, when you bear much fruit, and prove yourselves to be My [true] disciples. John 15:8 AMP.

Our first mandate given to us by our Savior is to reach out to the world and bring them to the kingdom of Light.

Jesus saved you so that you can also help others too to come to the knowledge of Him. Use this season to reach out to the world, to proclaim the good news of Lord our Jesus Christ, use any means that’s within your capacity, just do something for Jesus this season.

Raise the banner of his name with your voice, deeds and action.

1 Peter 2:9 KJV
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.

7. Give Thanks

1 Thessalonians 5:18 KJV
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Let us with gladsome mind
Praise the Lord for He is kind
For His mercies still endures
Ever faithful and ever sure

There is also a song in yoruba dialect (Western part of Nigeria) that sang:

Modupe mori Anu gba
To ri kin se gbogbo eniyan lo ri Anu gba

It means I’m grateful and thankful because I received mercy Not everyone that receives this kind of mercy.

For us to witness another season and another 365 days, despite all the toil, snare and challenges, is just by the great mercy and grace of God.

And I want you to know that God didn’t just preserve you to occupy space, He preserved you for a reason, He preserved you so that you can fulfill a purpose for His kingdom, He preserve you so that you can produce and bear much fruit for Him.
.
Beloveth, there are too many things to thank God for, if we start counting them, time won’t permit us because they are uncountable, use this season to thank God and appreciate Him for everything.

So Brethren, just go ahead, open your mouth, begin to thank and Worship His majesty, worship the beauty of His holiness. Give Him all the Glory.

Psalm 100:4-5 KJV Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. [5] For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

May this season brings joy unspeakable for you and your family in Jesus name. Amen.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in Advance. God Bless You.

Religion / 3 Keys In Serving God Consistently by Peterzion: 7:01am On Jul 12, 2020
Therefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us , and let us run with patience the race that is set before us. Hebrews 12:1 KJV

Serving God requires consistency. It is your consistency in serving God that determines how big your victory will be. When you do things half way you either get no result or get half result. But when you do things in a complete way, you’ll definitely get an outstanding result. Most of the times, we are not always patient with God because we want everything to happen fast. God has always been the one that has been patience with us right from the creation of the universe. Though, I understand that we’re in the jet age, but things might not happen that way, because t God’s thinking is far higher than ours and his ways is far higher than ours.

Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord . [9] For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Let’s take fore instance, a student of any level in academics, he or she must start from the basics. He must go through some learning, test and finally an examination before he can be promoted to the next level. For the student to be promoted and to get outstanding result, he must be self disciplined and consistence in doing the things that are right, if not, he might not get promoted or even graduated.

The same thing applies to an apprentice. If an apprentice is learning a trade, he must keep coming to the field in order to learn more and to also add to the knowledge he had already acquired. He cannot afford to be outdated and stagnant because his service or trading might not be needed even it’s eventually needed, there might be limitations because of his lack of knowledge.

Many a great people in the Bible were a consistent and persistent lovers of the things of God. They’re always doing the right thing always despite their challenges and oppositions. We must learn from these people. David, Joseph, Daniel, Esther etc. Are a great examples.

Some times, God tests us with a blessing, in so doing, he uses that breakthrough to test our faithfulness and consistency, but it’s a pity that some fumbled along the way and finally later missed out on the big packages. Either you’re still waiting on the lord for something, or you want more because he’s the river that never runs dry, just be consistent in serving him.

Here Are 3 Keys to be Consistent

1. Self disciplined

You cannot be consistent if you’re not self disciplined. You must make up your mind not follow the crowd. Because to follow the crowd is to be lost in the crowd. Many people were following Jesus in the crowd but only the woman with the issue of blood got her divine healing because she was focused and was determined not to get lost in the crowd. She was in the crowd while going to touch the hem of his garment but she was not lost in the crowd, she was self disciplined, focused and determined. That brings us to the second one which is

2. Determination

Determined people are always successful. They never give up no matter what happens, they just kept on going no matter the oppositions. Joseph and Daniel are a great examples. The former was thrown in a pit, while the latter was thrown in to the lion’s den. Yet they never gave up, they were still determined, and the at the end, they became a commander.

Be determined; be strong. Don’t be vague and thoughtless, but have a plan and work your plan. God, through Christ, has provided a way for us to live an amazing life, but we need to continually make choices that agree with God. You have one life to live, so live it fully and refuse to drift along, letting other people and circumstances make your decisions for you.

Anyone who wants to be consistent in serving God must be determined so stay determined.

3. Focus

You must be focus if you want to be consistence in serving God. You must not be carried away by the wind. A man of focus has vision and a man of vision escape confusion. Peter was walking on the sea because his eyes was focused on Jesus. The moment he looked at the wind and removes his eyes from Jesus, he began to sink. That simply means Looking unto Jesus is the key focus of living a victorious life, looking away from Jesus is the distraction of this world and is defeat.

Hebrews 12:1-2 KJV
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us , and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, [2] Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

In order for you to be consistent in serving God, you must avoid any form of distractions and lust of this world. Look unto Jesus the author and the finisher of our faith. Our God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him, he’ll surely reward your faithfulness.

God bless you.

If you’re reading this, I believe you have surrendered your life to Jesus, but if you’re yet to be born again please kindly pray this prayer in faith.

“Father in heaven, I know that I am a sinner , and I pray now that Jesus will come into my life and take control. I am sorry for my sins and need to have them forgiven and washed away with the blood of Jesus. I want Jesus to be my saviour. Prepare my heart so that I can be with those that are in heaven. Help to faithful to you and to grow more like Jesus. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Congratulations!

God bless you.

Religion / 7 Scriptures From The Bible To Keep You Going Each Day by Peterzion: 7:34pm On Jul 05, 2020
The word of God is loaded with light, ever fresh and always new everyday. It is forever settled and nothing can change it.

Season will always change and of course like season, people will always change, many promises are never kept but the word of God cannot fail, it is powerful and ever faithful.

Don’t allow the lockdown to knock you out, stay fresh and strong with the word of God.

Here are 7 scriptures from the Bible to keep you going each day. Be Encouraged.

1. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 KJV.

You can’t wait on the Lord and wait in vain because the Lord is righteous, ever faithful and ever sure.

When you wait on the Lord, He renews your strength. You become like mount zion that can never moved. You keep getting stronger and stronger because the Lord is the one who gives strength and power to the week. Stay at His feet and let your strength be rewarded.

2. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27 KJV.

Technology and science has improved drastically in these 21st century, a lot of discoveries and inventions are everywhere today, but none of these can ever give the best solution or alternative for the true peace, you can’t replaced the peace that Jesus gives to His people with the invention and discovery of man.

Don’t allow the media, the news and the information flying around to take your peace from you, rather be confident in the Lord. It doesn’t matter what is going on, let your peace still flows like a fountain.

3. But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 KJV.

Let us with a gladsome mind

Praise the Lord, for He is kind;

For His mercies still endure,

Ever faithful, ever sure

The Lord will establish you and also keep you from all evil because the Lord is faithful and His mercies endures for ever.

4. Do not be afraid and anxious, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

Luke 12:32 AMP

When a king wants to reward a faithful steward that pleases him so much, he gives a blank cheque to the fellow and ask him to make a request up to the half of his kingdom, of course his request will be granted. But I tell you the truth, that fellow will go back home rejoicing all the days of his life.

If an earthly king can give earthly rewards up to the half of his kingdom, how much more the reward of our heavenly father which is incomparable and indescribable.

Look forward to the Father’s promises which will be relevant in time and eternal.

5. [The Lord answered] “Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you.  Indeed, I have inscribed [a picture of] you on the palms of My hands; Your city walls [Zion] are continually before Me. Isaiah 49:15-16 AMP.

We all know that it is all most impossible for a nursing mother to forget her child. But circumstances and situations can make a mother forgets her sucking child, though it’s rare.

But the Lord is saying to you that come what may, He will never forget you, that He has tattooed your image in the palms of his hands. Hallelujah what a great love.

If this is the only scripture you can remember in this post, it is enough for you to trust in the Lord and carry you for each day.

6. “And I will compensate you for the years That the swarming locust has eaten, The creeping locust, the stripping locust, and the gnawing locust— My great army which I sent among you.  You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied And praise the name of the Lord your God Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame. Joel 2:25-26 AMP

In these seasons, the Lord says He will restore all your wasted times and seasons that have been lost. And you know when He restores, there is always a running over and overflow.

The Lord has records of what thing soever that you have lost even before this season, and He said he will restore unto you completely. So what are you expected to do, start thanking and praising Him in advance. And when you have received the blessing, don’t stop thanking Him and you will never be put to shame.

7. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8 KJV.

What you think is what you become, as a man thinketh so is he.

Direct your thoughts and thinking to things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely and  of a good report.

Proverbs 23:18 says For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.

I leave you with these, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, and your expectations shall not be cut off in Jesus name. God Bless You.

Religion / 20 Keys To Experience A Great Turnaround In 2020 by Peterzion: 10:27am On Jan 02, 2020
This year is going to be a year of great turn around, and for you to enjoy the good of the land, you have a key role to play. Though the victory had already be won but you must take quality decision if you want arrive at your promise land. Here are 20 keys to experience a great turnaround in 2020.

1. Put God First

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:3.

To put God first is to put Him in charge over everything. Before you embark on anything, you must make sure God has approved it.

And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13.

2. Vision

And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Habakkuk 2:2-3.

In year 2020, you must have a vision and you must have a goal, don’t just walk around like a sheep without a shepherd. Be serious with your life this year; don’t be careless and thoughtless about your life. Make up your mind to achieve something substantial and great this year.
It is not enough to just have a vision, you must write it down and do something each day that will bring you closer to achieving your goals and vision.

3. Be Courageous

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Joshua 1:9.

If you must experience a great turnaround this year, you must be courageous. A land that is full with milk and honey are always occupied with giants, but if you are bold and courageous, those giants will be like grasshoppers in your eyes and you will take your possessions. The righteous is as bold as a lion.

4. Don’t Be Lazy

The slothful man saith, There is a lion without, I shall be slain in the streets. Proverbs 22:13.

There is a popular adage that says no food for a lazy man, and an idle man’s brain is the devil’s workshop. Don’t allow the devil to use you as his workshop. Make up your mind this year to work hard and don’t just work hard only, work smart with the fear of God. Play your part well and let God do His part by blessing your hustle. Be a diligent worker.

The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

5. Practice a Lifestyle of Giving

I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. Act 20:35.

If you want to command and unlock great doors to open this year, you must be a cheerful giver. This year you must be a dangerous and a generous giver. If you are the type that finds it hard to give especially towards the advancement of the kingdom of God, you had better have a change of mindset. Make up your mind this year and start practicing a lifestyle of giving. Your great turnaround this year is greatly attach to your giving. It could be material things, possession, time. Etc.

6. Be a Kingdom Addict

And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Matthew 11:12.

This year, you must be sold out to Christ. Be a kingdom addict. In fact this year, don’t live a normal life. Live a different life from your past and previous one. Be dedicated to the service of God.

7. Faith Living Lifestyle

But someone may say, “You [claim to] have faith and I have [good] works; show me your [alleged] faith without the works [if you can], and I will show you my faith by my works [that is, by what I do].” James 2:18.(AMP)

The just shall live by faith. Don’t do anything this year without applying a measure of faith. If you must experience a great turnaround this year, you must switch on your faith power button. The kind of victory you will command this year will be greatly determine by the regular and active use of your faith.

8. Honesty

Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men. 2 Corinthians 8:21.

In all you do this year, be a person of integrity. Be honest to all things and be honest to yourself. This year, make up your mind to be sincere, faithful and straight forward in your action, there must not be any compromise.

9. Learn

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hosea 4:6.

This year, add to what you have already known, add to your virtue, add to your knowledge and add to your value. Some of your current knowledge might become obsolete in year 2020. So you must be ready to learn something new this year. Go for knowledge. Just learn something new that will add value to your life and to the world. Upgrade yourself and step up.

10. Be Discipline

Discipline yourself first before you discipline someone else. Just because others are doing or because it is convenient doesn’t mean that you should engage yourself in it.

Don’t follow the multitude, don’t just follow the crowd, come out of them and be separated. You might look different from them, it might even looks foolish. Just be focused and be disciplined. Sooner or later you would be glad you paid the price.

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. 2 Corinthians 6:17-18.

11. Plan a Retreat

And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13.

It is good to plan for a vacation but it’s better to plan for a personal retreat. No matter how how busy you will be this year, plan a retreat. It could be for days or weeks. Just make sure you plan a retreat, minimum of 3 times this year. Great men are made in the secret, champions are made in the secret place.

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 1 Corinthians 2:9.

12. Feed Your Spirit Man

Don’t let your spirit man suffer hunger this year. Let your spirit come alive by feeding it regularly with the word of God. if there is any area you want a major growth and great turnaround this year, let it be your spirit man. Let the word of God dwell richly in your life in order to command outstanding and supernatural results.

For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. Psalm 119:89.

13. Invest in Yourself

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Galatians 6:7.

Life on earth is about investments, it is only those who make deposits that can make withdrawals. You have a great future but you need to make a great investment into your destiny for that glorious future to emerge.

What are you willing to invest for your great future to come alive? See yourself as a star, and then you work towards it by investing in yourself.

14. Live Right

Let your righteousness and moderation be known to all men. Whatever it may cost you, just make sure you live right, do what is right, stand for what is right, think right, see what is right and talk what is right? As a believer, there are some things you shouldn’t just do. In this world that we are in, is now hard this days to differentiate between the children of this world and the children of light. If you want to reign as a vessel unto honor and as children of light, you must live righteously. Something must distinguish from the multitude. Live right.

Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God [which He has laid] stands [sure and unshaken despite attacks], bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of the Lord stand apart from wickedness and withdraw from wrongdoing.” 2 Timothy 2:19.

15. Walk in Love

Love is perfect, love is kind, and love is great. God love the world so much that He gave His only Son. Don’t hate anybody, don’t wish anybody evil, and don’t think evil of anybody. This year make up your mind to walk in perfect love. Let love be your second name this year.

Beyond all these things put on and wrap yourselves in [unselfish] love, which is the perfect bond of unity [for everything is bound together in agreement when each one seeks the best for others]. Colossians 3:14.

16. Spend More Time in His Presence

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. John 15:4-5.

There is no better place to be than being in the presence of God and there is no any safe place anywhere in the world except in the kingdom. In His presence, there is everything you are looking for. There is joy, hope, happiness, love, Glory, power, peace. Just make sure you spend more time in His presence this year in other to stay fresh and renewed. Abide in Him than ever before.

17. Your Tongue

In the same sense, the tongue is a small part of the body, and yet it boasts of great things. See [by comparison] how great a forest is set on fire by a small spark! James 3:5.

No matter how big a trailer maybe, it still needs someone to steer it to the right direction. There is no any vehicle that can automatically control itself, even there if there is any; it will still need someone to control it. A vehicle needs someone to drive and steer it rightly in order not to cause damages, an airplane needs a pilot to drive it. A sheep needs a sailor to drive it. How you use your tongue this year will determine how you will experience a great turn around. So I will advise you to stay away from foolish and idle talk. Any talk that is not productive should not come out from your mouth this year. Use your tongue to create the things you want to see this year. Remember this world was created by the power of a spoken word. Use that power in your tongue to create a meaningful life this year.

18. Obedience

A research was carried out to search out some deep secret about some outstanding students in a university who came out as a first class, one of the outcome was that they were simply an obedient student. Pastor Adeboye , the general overseer of RCCG was asked in an interview what was one of his secret, he said obedience. My dear friend, obedience is one of the keys to greatness.

This year, be a an obedient child of God, be obedient to the word of God, to your parents, to your leaders, to your boss and to anybody who has authority over you, as far as it does not go contrary to the word of God.

If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the best of the land. Isaiah 1:19.

19. Focus

Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14.

The reason why the eyes are in the front is for it to always look forward and look straight. If you want to experience a great turn around this year, you must be focus, don’t let anything distract you. Anything that will not add value to your should not take a seconds out of your time. You must value your time, do something each that will lead you to achieve your goal this year. Never look at your past failure and disappointment. The reason why they happened is for you not repeat them again in order for you to focus and achieve a greater thing.

20. Humility

Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” 1 Peter 5:5.

Either you like it or not, one of the keys that will keep you at the top and make you to remain there is humility. No matter how great you are because I know you are going to be very great, please stay and remain humble. Let humility be one of your watchwords. Don’t entertain any room for pride. Watch your actions, watch your words, watch your character in order not to fall from grace. Always remember that you are what you are today by the Grace of God, the best of any man is a dust. The more humble you are, the more God will increase and lift you. Be humble.

A man’s pride will bring him low, But the humble in spirit will retain honor. Proverbs29:23.

Bonus

Be thankful always
Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Psalm136:1.
After all have been said and done, be thankful. Show appreciation to God always. It doesn’t matter what you are going through, either you have arrived, or you are on the way. Be thankful to God. Honor more this year. There is a proverb that says a river which forgets its source will soon run dry. No matter your position, don’t forget your source, don’t forget your root. Be thankful always to God and also learn to appreciate people, either you are younger than they are or not, just appreciate them.

Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits. Psalm 103:1-2.
The lord has marked your name for greatness and a greater turnaround this year in Jesus name, Amen.

God bless you.
