copy index.php and .htaccess (if there is one) to root

using text editor, open index.php for editing
change

Note: $wpfolder = the current wordpress folder.

Adobe illustrator is a vector based graphic application while Adobe photoshop is pixel based graphic application.
Vector based== scalable graphics.

rufaai has said it all. You need root access to transfer your hosting account from one server to another..

You don't need Akeeba or any joomla backup program.
I would advise you contact your new hosting account provider for account transfer.
If you plan to transfer your domain, then you need to unlock your domain.... Your new domain registrar will guide you through the process.
