I attempted to book another appointment and then reached payment point and stopped. Then i tried entering the old payment reference code but it was not recognized
Before then I had done a chat with that chat icon by the right end and followed the prompt and told them i had previously paid mrv fees.
I didn't pay any new money on the new site.
Did the registration yesterday and got a date in email this morning for 18th nextweek

Please. Was it the chat you had on the chat box that you meant by the navigator ? I just did the registration on the new portal also. Hopefull
