Yes you can. You do not need to submit anything, please. Submitting is not compulsory

I have successfully uploaded my passport but it says no passport photo. Please who is having this issue too? Is it a fault from the school?
Also, is it after we submit the application that our referees will receive the referral form? Please those who passed this process in 2019 should please shed some light.

Your referees will receive the mail immediately you include their email address as part of the referees and save or move to the next section of the form. Are you sure your passport is the recommended size?? There is a recommended size to be uploaded otherwise it will not be displayed on your profile. I do not think the fault is from school. Submission of acceptance form and other modalities are usually done during clearance. So you have to be scheduled and that will be after the payment of your acceptance fees
