He has been suspicious for a while, especially after that mini family meeting. His discussions with blue aiva and her insights contributed to his full realization.

Oh! So this is actually a punishment. I just thought she was encouraging herself yesterday. It seems she must not look at or talk to anyone else while doing it, because Miracle was disturbing her while she was doing it and threatening to ring a bell.

I think if miracle rang the bell then she have to repeat the punishment because the instruction was that anytime they ring the bell then she has to go do that punishment in front of the mirror.

I think housemates are pitying her and not ringing it too much.
