Computer based text (CBT)
Comprised of 3types;
1) Typing skils
2) Call simulation (listening to a conversation between an agent and customer and filling in the spaces with available informations provided)
3) Problem solving (Asked a question like migration of youths or economic diversification if is good or not with reasons... It's timed remember, no shorthand or slow typing)
