Hello OPS. Does your uncle use body sprays? Tell him to stop the use of all body sprays, o guarantee you 85% that he will recover. I started noticing small pimples like stuff at the back of my head also sometime early this year. I experimented by stopping the use of my body sprays and the bumps all dried up. Mind you I have a personal clipper and I don't barb outside, i barb myself! After a while I decided to use the same body sprays again and lo and behold the bumps surfaced again!!
