Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and result-driven Marketing Officer to join our team at Milezautocare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our auto-care services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, content creation, and online advertising.
• Coordinate offline marketing initiatives such as flyers, banners, community activations, and referral programs.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with management to design promotional offers and customer engagement strategies.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in service-oriented industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic analytics.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Must live around Lekki/Ajah/VGC axis (proximity is important).
